- Develop new Leads of Industries who can install solar
- Develop strong relationships with the different stakeholders in these industries
- Generate proposals, offers
- Conduct negotiations with prospective customers
- Close orders with prospective customers
- Work with the Products team to better mold the product as per the customers requirements
- Hand hold a customer in their transition to renewable energy
Preferred candidate profile
- Past work experience as a sales executive / manager in an EPC company / project developer
- First hand knowledge of Rooftop Solar
- Strong Industry connects to be able to work independently
- Bachelors Degree in associated field
- Comfortable with travelling over night to visit the site if required

About the opportunity
As Reelo grows, we're looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our team for the next phase of growth. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for the success of our customers by providing them with the resources and support they need to get the most out of our product. This includes onboarding new customers who have upgraded to a paid plan, providing training and support, and working with customers to identify and solve problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS products and services, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

What will you do?
- Responsible for driving revenue of existing accounts by ensuring renewals and upselling existing accounts
- Proactively reaching out to customers to ensure they are getting success using Reelo.
- Respond professionally to incoming inquiries from your customers.
- Being the one responsible, to ensure that your customers have a great experience with the product -a crucial part of the role is ensuring we make the product as easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast as possible.
- Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Reelo works and what it is capable of.

Roles and Responsibilities;-
- Include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

Job Summary:
The ATS Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used by the company to source, screen, and hire candidates. They will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Delivery Heads and other stakeholders to ensure the ATS is optimized to meet the company's hiring needs, and that all users of the system are trained on its features and functionality. The ATS Senior Executive will also be responsible for data analysis and reporting to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- JobDiva and Labor Edge to ensure they are optimized for recruitment needs.
· Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the ATS is meeting their needs and providing the necessary support.
· Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
· Train recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on the use of the ATS, ensuring they understand its features and functionality.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS, ensuring it is properly organized and easily accessible.
· Develop and implement recruitment metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
· Provide support to recruiters and hiring managers in the use of the ATS, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.
