The Opportunity
We are an AI-first company looking for a Founders Associate who thrives in high-pressure, high-speed environments. This is not a standard operational role. You will be the human intelligence layer ensuring our AI delivers perfection, while simultaneously acting as the right hand to the founders.

1. AI Monitoring & Rapid Response (Primary Priority)
● Human-in-the-Loop Verification: Act as the final checkpoint for the AI. Review outputs for accuracy, logic, tone, and clarity before they reach the user.
● 60-Second Response Time: You are required to respond to incoming messages and AI flags within 60 seconds. Speed is critical to delivering the best customer need.
● Error Detection: Identify inconsistencies, edge cases, or hallucinations in real-time and correct them immediately.
2. Founder Support & Generalist Execution
● Operational Agility: In downtime between AI monitoring, you will clear the founders' plates. This ranges from scheduling and personal administrative tasks to drafting internal documentation.
● Growth & Strategy: assist with high-level business functions, including marketing strategy, user acquisition research, and competitive analysis.
● Ad-Hoc Execution: Execute whatever is needed to keep the company moving fast. If a fire breaks out, you put it out.
The Schedule & Expectations
● US Time Zone Alignment: You will work completely on US hours.
● High Volume & Duration: This is a demanding role. Expect very long days, six days a week.
