Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on pricing, competitors, customer demand, and market trends.
• Develop and recommend pricing strategies to balance profitability and market competitiveness.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics including margins, costs, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate supplier costs and support pricing negotiations.
• Prepare pricing models, forecasts, and financial analyses to assist in business planning.
• Support sales teams with pricing recommendations and assist during contract discussions.
• Maintain pricing tools, dashboards, and databases for internal teams.
• Present findings and actionable insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated on market dynamics, customer behaviors, and regulatory factors influencing pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Understanding of pricing models, cost structures, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own development, design, scaling, and maintenance of application and messaging engines that power the central platform of Capillary's Cloud CRM product.

• Work on the development of AI and data science products for various use cases. Implement PoCs in Python, and Spark-Scala and productize the implementations.

• Contribute to overall design and roadmap.

• Mentor Junior team members.

Required Skills:

• Innovative and self-motivated with a passion to develop complex and scalable applications.

• 3+years of experience in software development with a strong focus on algorithms and data structures.

• Strong coding and design skills with prior experience in developing scalable & high-availability applications. Expertise in using Core Java/J2EE or Node.js

• Work experience with Relational databases and Non-Relational is required (Primarily MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis)

• Familiarity with big data platforms (like Spark-Scala) is an added plus.

• BTech from IIT or BE in computer science from a top REC/NIT.

Requirements

• 5-plus years of DevOps experience managing the Big Data application stack including HDFS, YARN, Spark, Hive and Hbase
• Deeper understanding of all the configurations required for installing and maintaining the infrastructure in the long run
• Experience setting up high availability, configuring resource allocation, setting up capacity schedulers, handling data recovery tasks
