Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement websites and components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, servlets, and OSGi services.
• Integrate AEM with external systems and third-party services (CRM, DAM, Analytics, etc.).
• Implement responsive front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS/Angular, and Sightly/HTL.
• Work closely with AEM Architects to ensure technical alignment and best practices.
• Optimize performance of AEM pages and ensure adherence to SEO and accessibility standards.
• Manage AEM environments, deployments, and configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AEM production issues.

1. Develop and design marketing collaterals for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, emailers, and digital ads.
2. Create branding elements such as project logos, visual identities, and promotional graphics.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.
4. Design engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored for the real estate audience.
5. Work on project presentations, floor plan designs, and 3D renders (basic knowledge is a plus).
6. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing material and campaigns.
7. Edit and enhance photos/videos for digital and offline marketing.
8. Stay updated with design trends in real estate and digital marketing.

We’re looking for a dynamic coder and problem-solver to work with our Digital Innovations team and help build web products that solve complex global problems for our clients. Preferably a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in building & maintaining web applications, not afraid of taking on new challenges in a fast paced startup environment, able to take leadership decisions independently (read: without a boss) and an obsession for effective & timely communication.

1. Build end-to-end web applications and test for performance based on predefined scope.
2. Work with Ycenter's leadership team to integrate business requirements with technical architecture and understand the product development roadmap.
3. Analyze & optimize user metrics, system performance and database security.

Skills & technologies: 

• Should be proficient in at least one object oriented programming language: C++ / Java / Python / JavaScript
• Skilled at and experienced in web application development with the following full-stack competency:

1. Preferred stack: MERN (MongoDB, ExpressJS, React, NodeJS)
   Alternate stack: LAMP with Laravel framework
2. Should be familiar with building Progressive Web Applications using custom service workers for offline functionality
3. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning 
4. Proficient in frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON
5. Knowledge of Javascript-based data visualization & graph libraries
