.Net Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience in full stack development using React.js and Node.js. As a senior member of our engineering team, you’ll take ownership of complex technical challenges, influence architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).

Architect robust, secure, and scalable backend APIs and frontend components.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end features.

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Stay current with new technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in full stack development.

Strong expertise in React.js and related libraries (Redux, Hooks, etc.).

In-depth experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.

Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Solid understanding of CI/CD, testing (Jest, Mocha), and version control (Git).

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with microservices architecture.

Knowledge of GraphQL.

Exposure to serverless computing.

Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using Angular, Dot

Net Core, C#, and SQL Server.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop

solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

2. Technical Leadership:

• Lead the development of software applications and provide technical guidance to

junior developers.

• Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with company goals and

objectives.

3. Development Releases:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development releases.

• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that software applications meet quality

standards.

• Participate in release management and ensure that software applications are

deployed smoothly.

4. Performance Optimizations:

• Identify performance bottlenecks in software applications and develop solutions to

improve performance.

• Optimize database queries and improve data retrieval efficiency.

• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that performance optimizations do not

introduce new bugs.

5. Information Security:

• Ensure that software applications comply with information security guidelines and

regulations.

• Collaborate with the security team to identify and mitigate security risks.

• Participate in security audits and provide feedback to improve security posture.

6. GIT and Version Control:

• Use GIT and other version control systems to manage code changes and collaborate

with team members.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

7. Caching Framework:

• Knowledge of caching frameworks like Redis is a plus.

• Collaborate with the team to implement caching solutions to improve application

performance.

8. Collaboration with L2 Support Team:

• Collaborate with the L2 Support Team to educate them on new patches to be

released.

• Troubleshoot any production issues and provide technical guidance to the L2

Support Team.

9. Team Management:

• Manage a team of junior developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with company goals and

objectives.

JOB PURPOSE

• Develop .NET Core applications using React JS reusable components as per need / client specifications
• This is a hands-on role which involves writing code, testing, and deploying finished web applications and libraries

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent working knowledge of .NET Core, React JS, JavaScript.
• 4-6 year's overall .NET development experience (At least 2 years of experience in React JS)
• Experience in working with databases - SQL and Non-SQL Databases
• Experience in any visualization JS libraries like D3 JS / Charts JS / Sync Fusion / Fusion Charts will be an added advantage.

• Having good experience with back-end programming languages like Node.JS, PHP, Python, Express.js, Angular, React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML
• Exposure to the product development on AWS cloud platforms/Third party API integration and payment gateways
• Knowledge of code versioning tools (such as Git)
• Knowledge of multiple JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. Bootstrap, jQuery)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
• Knowledge of API design and development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills and Ability to perform under pressure

You will make an ideal candidate if you have: 

• Overall 6+  years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in Core Java and SpringBoot 

• Experience in using dockers and Linux.

• Hands-on coding experience in developing web applications with REST APIs

• Good understanding/exposure to Kafka and Elastic.(must have)

• Log stash understanding is add-on

• Worked in a CI/CD environment with Jenkins and handled deployments by yourself 

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven-development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus.
