Brew8 builds and publishes subscription iOS apps — 55+ shipped across fitness, AI photo tools, utilities, and games. We find categories where existing apps are weak, build better ones fast, and grow them through ASO and paid ads.

The role

You run our product pipeline. Every app starts as research and ends as a shipped, tested app. You're not a designer, developer, or product visionary. You're the person who makes sure the right work gets done, fully, on time, to spec.

What you'll do

Research: The apps that we should build next (based on our internal way, you're always free to try your own ways as well)

Briefs: Turn an approved candidate into a complete App Brief using our template and Claude — positioning, onboarding flow, paywall, content schema, feature list. Fill every gap before handoff.

Content: Generate structured content (workout plans, program schedules, prompt libraries) from our asset library using Claude, then verify every row against the actual assets.

Handoff & follow-up: Hand briefs to design and iOS, check progress mid-week, catch wrong directions early, escalate blockers the same day.

QA: Run the brief's QA checklist on every build on real devices. Log every miss. Nothing ships without your pass.

ASO: Own keywords, metadata, and screenshot angles for every app we ship.

Reporting: One-page weekly status for the CEO — shipped, blocked, next.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in any role where you owned a process end-to-end — ops, QA, project coordination, content ops, or early-stage startup generalist
• You use ChatGPT/Claude daily for real work and can describe a workflow you built with it
• Have good knowledge about Codex/Claude Code and other AI LLMs and models, should be great with using AI to make things faster and better.
• Extremely detail-oriented — you notice the missing field, the wrong option order, the broken button
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, JSON/CSV, and app analytics
• You use iPhone apps critically and can explain why one onboarding converts and another doesn't
• Written English clear enough to write a spec a developer builds from without asking questions
• Reliable: shows up, communicates leave early, follows through

Nice to have

• ASO experience (keyword research, metadata, screenshot testing)
• Figma, TestFlight, Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, etc.
• Creative expertise and a problem solving attitude.
• Prior work at a consumer app studio or D2C brand

Success at 90 days

• CEO picks from your weekly scored candidates without redoing the research
• Your briefs go to design and dev without the CEO rewriting them
• A content plan that used to take two weeks takes you two days
• Zero shipped apps with a missed item that was on the QA checklist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code. 
• Can work solely or as a team player for existing and upcoming projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 yrs. of experience in .NET Core, Angular & MVC
• At least 3 yrs. of experience in MS SQL Server  
• Expert in Angular, Web APIs
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Excellent problem-solving skills  
• Must communicate in English effectively  
• Analyze the existing codebase
• Design and implement solutions

Mandatory Skills:

Node.Js, Vue.Js, React.js, Javascript, Typescript

Job Requirements:

Must have and up-to-date knowledge of NodeJS and class-based programming.

Professional experience building single page applications using React, Vue.js.

Must have strong and up-to-date knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and higher.

You can make a solid relational data model and have a deep knowledge of SQL and MySQL.

You have a good understanding of HTTP and know how to make a reliable and modern web API (REST).

Should have worked on at least one large complex web application.

You Should know how to write clean and flexible object-oriented code.

You must have a good understanding of sync programming concepts.

You Should work daily with tools like Git, NPM, Composer and a proper IDE.

You Should able to deliver POCs, experiments and technology evaluations following design thinking practices.

Should have experience in writing clean code and a pragmatic program.

Required Skills:

• Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using OpenText AppWorks (erstwhile Process Suite) low code design and integration framework.
• Knowledge on implementing OpenText AppWorks integration services using REST, SOAP, and Email etc.
• Good understanding of OpenText AppWorks case management features and BPM features.
• Experience in various rules and features like LifeCycle, Activities, User Interface (XForms and Low Code design), SLA, KPI, OTDS, CARS, AppWorks Gateway, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, SAML, Listeners (File, MQ), SOAP Services, Email integration, HTTP Connector, AppWorks integration with Content/Document Management, etc.
• Experience in full OpenText AppWorks implementation including Entity modelling and Rulesets design.
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript, SQL Server Database.
• Expertise in building Web Services, REST Services API’s (nice to have) Familiar in designing and developing applications in cloud environments (preferably Azure).
• Authentication SAML 2.0, OT.
• Knowledge of OTDS and integration with OTDS
• Exposure to HTML5 ,angular and integration of AppWorks to with angular will be plus
• Exposure to another OpenText platform (ECM, xECM, Captiva, iHUB).
