Required Skills:

• Exp. - 5+ years.
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client- facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS.
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts.

About the role and responsibilities

The UI/UX designer’s role encompasses a couple of the following responsibilities.

To be able to communicate and tell stories with animations

To understand, conceptualise and create storyboards for micro-animations and animations before the final animation

Working alongside UI/UX designers to enhance the experience of digital products

Frequently identify opportunities where motion design would enhance the user experience in digital solutions

Create high quality, creative and innovative animations in 2D and/or 3D

To have a keen interest in learning new tools and expand their horizon of knowledge

About the requirement

The UI/UX designer should have the following abilities

Proven motion design experience and a diverse portfolio to showcase one’s work

Strong storytelling skills and a solid foundation in the fundamentals of visual and motion design

Display the ability to work in different styles

Proficient in softwares like After Effects(presets and plugins), Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.

A keen eye for design aesthetics and details

Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact

Good communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet work in a fast-paced environment

The ability to create illustrations will be a plus

Prior experience with product company or digital products will be a plus

Degree / Certification in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Job Description:

Candidate should have ample of experience in dealing with Civil Engineering Contracts. (Real estate, Infrastructure, civil interior etc.)

 Should be able to handle Tender Documentation
 Should be able to handle Contractual correspondence
 Ready to travel different sites when needed
 Must have worked in a construction company for minimum of 4-5 years as Business Development Manager
 Identifying & networking with prospective clients
 Generating business from existing accounts
 Co-ordination between RO & HO regarding compliance of different company parameters etc.
 To maintain a safe working environment
 To co-ordinate with clients as well as with higher management
 Also to maintain a proper team-spirit & also face different troubleshooting missions
 To interact with consultants & clients on different issues
 Some involvement into planning activities (viz. making of programmes of diff. Activities, ensuring implementation of the same, monitoring of it etc.)
 Developing new business relationships
 Maintaining current business relationships
 Developing marketing strategy and analysis for obtaining new business
 Represent the firm with clients
 Serve as the primary contact with clients
 Coordinate with the project manager and the project leader as to the client’s needs
 Represent the firm at community events, trade shows, conferences, networking event, etc.
 Develop and maintain partnerships within the industry
