Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for cybersecurity and compliance services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with SMBs and enterprise-level organizations.
- Present and explain CyberSigma’s solutions: PCI DSS, SOC, VAPT, GDPR, HIPAA, GRC tools, ISO certifications, and IT assessments.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data for tracking progress.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks: PCI DSS, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, ISMS, GRC tools (preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about technology and cybersecurity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Your Responsibilities:
- Attracting & Retaining Talent - Build and execute a strategy to effectively attract, onboard, and retain talent to meet the speed and quality expectations of our clients. This includes collaborating with our screening teams to optimize the process for sourced talent.
