The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sr. Machine Learning (ML) Engineer with a strong sense of ownership. If you are an ML practitioner who thrives in an environment where innovation meets practical application to build disruptive products, this role is for you.

This role is pivotal to the success of our AI team. It is the backbone of our ML initiatives. This role bridges the gap between research and production by leveraging cutting-edge AI technology into leading, world-class solutions.

As a Sr. Full-Stack Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, you be the key driver for innovative problem solving by combining technical excellence with creative application of ML. Your expertise will be crucial in uncovering hidden opportunities within product ideas, including the design and deployment of agentic AI systems that can reason, plan, and act autonomously within real-world product constraints. Additionally, you will stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, continuously evaluating new AI/ML frameworks, tools, and best practices to help guide the evolution of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI features across model, backend, APIs, UI integration, deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production
• Solve complex challenges with AI/ML: Design, develop new AI-powered products that deliver the product roadmap, including agentic AI solutions that orchestrate LLMs, tools, and workflows to solve multi-step problems autonomously.
• Implement ML lifecycle - from data engineering and model development to cloud-based deployment, integrations and operationalisation. Incl. MLOps
• Productionise full-stack AI/ML solutions: Translate emerging techs like GenAI& agenticAI architectures into innovative, practical solutions that transform customer experiences.
• Align with Product Strategy: Create proof of concepts at high cadence to demonstrate/validate potential solutions as per our product strategy.
• Optimise Model and system performance: Fine-tune, optimise training and inference performances, including latency, cost, and reliability trade-offs in agent-based and LLM-driven systems.
• Wider collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to demonstrate and validate the impact of ML innovations before introducing them into the product ecosystem.
• Research Savvy: Staying up-to-date with SOTA and industry trends in AI/ML, with a strong awareness of advances in agentic systems, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent architectures.

Technical Skills / Competencies

• Strong AI/ML background: Expertise in designing, building and deploying real-world ML applications (Computer Vision, Classification, etc.)
• Strong foundation in GenAI: Deep understanding of generative models (LLMs, etc.), AI Agents, prompt engineering RAG, vector databases.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ML/GenAI frameworks, databases, shell scripts and programming languages, including frameworks and tools commonly used for building and orchestrating AI agents.
• MLOps expertise: Hands-on experience in setting up MLOps on AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Full-stack expertise: Proficiency in data pipelines, distributed systems, APIs, web front-end, mobile apps, automated testing and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills: Ability to simplify and breakdown complex technical and business challenges to create innovative and practical solutions.
• Team management: Experience in guiding teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Continuous learning: Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems practically.

Education & Experience

• Master’s or PhD in AI/ML or a related field
• At least 6+ years of experience building software or AI systems, including 1–3 years working with LLMs, generative AI, or AI agent architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in facade and steel structure design under senior supervision.
• Prepare 2D CAD drawings for shop drawings, layouts, and material schedules.
• Support in creating facade tender packages and system details.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, engineers, and project leads.
• Participate in design meetings and provide basic engineering inputs.
• Track drawing submissions and maintain documentation/version control.
• Help resolve design challenges and ensure timely project deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or Building Design.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
• Familiarity with Rhino/SketchUp, Grasshopper/Python is a plus.
• Willingness to learn BIM tools.
• Understanding of materials like steel, aluminum, glass.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of a Single Page Application (SPA) and it's components in Typescript: deployed and optimized for progressive mobile and browsers using Angular 2 and Ionic 2 frameworks.
• Creating custom, general use modules and smart components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular framework.
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in Typescript and using responsive HTML and CSS.
• Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts.
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Should have experience with CSS 3, SCSS, Java script and HTML5.
• Full-time knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience. Or 2 Year or more experience with other industry-leading frameworks like React.
• Minimum 1-year experience in working and extending one of the CSS or UI frameworks like Ng-lightening, Angular-material

• 8-10 years of experience into IT SOX, IT Audits, ITGC testing
• Tech, M.Tech, BE, MBA or similar qualification.
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or similar professional certification preferred.
• Firm understanding of information technology, including IT process, IT general controls, as well as COSO and COBIT frameworks.
• Good technical knowledge of Application security and Access Management
• Hands-on experience on Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.

• Work as part of a small team to build React Native iOS, Android & Web (react-native-web) application for Torre Capital.
• Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Integrate third-party API's.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.
• Assist with building estimates.
• Work with tools including Jira, Slack, GitLab & Google Docs.
• Be part of a community of React Native developers who share knowledge and help each other as problems arise.
• Follow FullStack's detailed development process

• 1+ year of professional experience working with React Native.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both in regards to estimates and to the general process.
• An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.
• Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• A positive mindset and can-do attitude.
• English Skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken English).
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Experience in system automation development
• Good proficiency in the following coding languages: Python, C#, AutoIT, Batch scripting, Shell scripting
• Strong knowledge in OOPS
• Worked on REST and automation of API requests
• Worked on Loggers and Config Parsers
• Knowledge of Power shell commands, wmic commands and Registry Editor
• Worked on test deployment frameworks like Jenkins
• Experience in configuring and building jobs using Shell/Bash/Python
• Hands-on experience with Tools like :
