Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Implement new features and enhancements, working closely with senior team members.

• Collaborate across design, product, and engineering teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and code issues.

• Stay up-to-date on emerging Android development trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience developing Android apps using Kotlin and Java.

• Solid understanding of Android UI frameworks, layouts, and best practices.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and data handling.

• Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git)

• A keen interest in sports and a desire to build fan-centric features.

Required:

1. A minimum of 1 years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience
2. Understanding of Android Framework and Android app development.
3. Experience in developing android apps using Kotlin and latest frameworks
4. Knowledge and understanding of Design-Patterns and Data Structures.
5. Ability to develop Android applications using latest Frameworks like Retrofit, RxJava
6. Ability to write Unit test cases using the frameworks.
7. Knowledge about how to consume the REST API's
8. Understanding of Git/BitBucket or any version control system
9. Good written and verbal communication skills.
10. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSC/MS

Preferred:

1. Understanding and usage of latest android frameworks like JetPack, Android Architectural components
2. Experience in mentoring the new team members and also the junior folks.
3. Exposure to various mobile architectures (ex: MVC, MVP, MVVM, etc..)
4. Experience in handling the Android app deployment process.

Job brief

We are looking for a Mobile App developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Mobile App developer, you should be comfortable around React Native, Javascript, React / Vue, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
