Role Description

This is the role of Field Sales Manager/Executive located in Bangalore. You will be assigned leads for clients seeking premium real estate projects like apartments & villas in the city's IT hubs like Sarjapura, Marthahalli Rd, Whitefield, Electronic City, etc. These are the locations where our sites are situated. You will be assigned to only one site, specifically in the area closest to your location. The major responsibilities include managing and strengthening relationships with assigned clients, working for sales closures, coordinating with internal teams to ensure to meet client requirements, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities 

• Interacting with assigned leads/clients and lining up F2F meetings or site visits
• Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients until closure. Leads will be provided
• Convincing and Negotiating Deals with Customers
• Coordinate between clients and the company and update the status regarding services, pricing, and new product releases.
• Report on sales activities through a scheduled reporting structure.
• Reaching the targets and setting goals, establishing, maintaining, and expanding the client base.
• To build and enhance the company's brand image internally and externally 
• Achieving sales targets and adhering to organization policies religiously.

Requirements

• Any Degree
• Only candidates who are currently based in Bangalore are eligible to apply.
• 1 - 5 years experience in Sales (preferred)
• Excellent Communication and Good Negotiation Skills 
• Enthusiastic and Futuristic
• Emotional Intelligence, Meticulous and Team Player

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with XML-based web services (SOAP, REST).
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) for XML data storage.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Understanding of JSON and other data interchange formats.
• Certifications in XML technologies are a plus.

Role : Senior Engineer Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

● Infrastructure Development and Management: Design, implement, and manage robust and scalable infrastructure solutions, ensuring optimal performance,security, and availability. Lead transition and migration projects, moving legacy systemsto cloud-based solutions.

● Develop and maintain applications and services using Golang.

● Automation and Optimization: Implement automation tools and frameworksto optimize operational processes. Monitorsystem performance, optimizing and modifying systems as necessary.

● Security and Compliance: Ensure infrastructure security by implementing industry best practices and compliance requirements. Respond to and mitigate security incidents and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be tasked with daily responsibilities, including customer communication, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting sales, and providing training. Additionally, the Specialist will play a crucial role in sales management and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing outbound telemarketing initiatives targeting specific accounts, prospect lists, and various call campaigns.

• Establishing and nurturing customer relationships through proactive communication, conducting follow-up qualifications to guide new business opportunities through the sales funnel.

• Conducting preliminary needs assessments and identifying prospects' pain points to assess how GreenStitch's solutions can effectively meet those needs.

• Developing and enhancing industry/product knowledge and expertise to strategically position GreenStitch's value proposition across multiple vertical segments.

• Actively participating in trade show and event planning to secure attendees and optimize prospect meetings for the Sales team.

• Conducting research to expand the prospect list using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other methods.
