Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision and execution of project as per agreed design and cost parameters.
• To coordinate with local architects and contractors to ensure detailed plans are in line with the project expectations.
• To ensure availability of materials, equipment that are needed at site.
• To check with the statutory compliance of the project and to ensure that the project site is free from complications before starting the project.
• To provide technical guidance on site whenever & wherever required and resolving critical issues on site.
• To ensure that there is safe working environment at the site and check if all safety measures are taken care of.
• Should have successfully demonstrated capability to design and implement SOPs for end-to-end construction activities.
• Should be well conversant with the quality parameters and check lists for end-to-end construction processes and monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell.

Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center.

Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. 

We are 45 people strong with employees spread across India and US locations. Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft, and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. Our India team consists of people from ISB, IIMs, and many who have been previously part of early-stage startups. 

We are a fully remote team.

Founders come from Banking and Enterprise Technology backgrounds with previous experience scaling companies from scratch to $50M+ in revenues.

As a SDE III, you will be :

1. Designing and implementing FullStack applications of interface.ai’s conversational AI platform and playing a significant role in evolving them.

• Participate in planning, implementation of solutions, and transformation programs from legacy system to a cloud-based system
• Work with the team on Analysis, High level and low-level design for solutions using ETL or ELT based solutions and DB services in RDS
• Work closely with the architect and engineers to design systems that effectively reflect business needs, security requirements, and service level requirements
• Own deliverables related to design and implementation

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of technical work experience in the implementation of complex, large scale, enterprise-wide projects including analysis, design, core development, and delivery
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with expertise in Informatica ETL, Informatica Power Center, and Informatica Data Quality
• Experience with Informatica MDM tool is good to have
• Should be able to understand the scope of the work and ask for clarifications
• Should have advanced SQL skills. Including complex PL/SQL coding skills
• Knowledge of Agile is plus
• Well-versed with SOAP, Webservice, and REST API.
• Hand on development using Java would be a plus.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in system-level design of large scale distributed systems on OOPs, and experience with web services and service oriented architectures

• Experience with AWS stack, at least the common datastores and services
• Experience with containerization technologies and concepts including Docker
• Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding
