Position: Senior Data Engineer (Azure)

Experience - 6+ Years

Mode - Hybrid

Location - Gurgaon, Pune, Jaipur, Bangalore, Bhopal

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Processing on Azure: Azure Data Factory, Streaming Analytics, Event Hubs, Azure Databricks, Data Migration Service, Data Pipeline.
• Provisioning, configuring, and developing Azure solutions (ADB, ADF, ADW, etc.).
• Design and implement scalable data models and migration strategies.
• Work on distributed big data batch or streaming pipelines (Kafka or similar).
• Develop data integration and transformation solutions for structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for performance tuning and optimization.
• Monitor data workflows and ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through automation and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience in Data Modelling, Data Migration, and Data Warehousing.
• Good understanding of database structure principles and schema design.
• Hands-on experience using MS SQL Server, Oracle, or similar RDBMS platforms.
• Experience in DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Airflow, Azure Monitor) – good to have.
• Knowledge of distributed data processing and real-time streaming (Kafka/Event Hub).
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities effectively.

• Expert in Python, with knowledge of Python web framework Django
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
• Strong experience on Linux
• Solid database skills in a relational database (i. e. PostgresSQL)
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (git)
• Experience on RESTful APIs
• Experience deploying on AWS is desirable
• Experience on Automation Builds using Jenkins and other popular frameworks

• Understand the entire business process flow from business and organize Sales & BD team to achieve the organizational goals

• Develop user interface components and implement them using well-known React workflows & best-practices. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Take complete ownership of features, break it down to smaller tasks, identify blockers and find solutions for them; collaborate with other cross-functional teams to deliver the feature on time.
• Create responsive layouts for different mobile screens and desktops with search friendly markup
• Translating visual designs and product wireframes into high quality code

• Min 2+ years of experience in developing modern consumer facing web applications using React and Redux
• Should be aware of latest React patterns and know how to leverage react hooks, functional components and higher order components
• Strong proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation
• Must know basics of web technology
• Tech skills needed: React, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Redux

Senior / Python Developer

We are looking for a Senior / Python Developers to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products. Your responsibilities include understanding the product very well, and lead the integration of this product into architecture.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical knowledge and solid experience of all steps of the software engineering process and the tools associated with those. You should be a go-getter, a clear communicator and a strong collaborator who works well in a team as well as the customer. You should want to do high quality work and produce output that you are proud of.  

• Good understanding of Python especially should have used file/directory access, data persistence, compression and archiving, cryptographic services, concurrent operations, networking and IPC, developmental tools etc.
• Good understanding of key differences in Python 2 vs 3
• Knowledge of lib2to3, six, python-future libraries. Compatibility idioms provided by these libs and their limitations, issues in using them as is.
• Knowledge of Python3 changes in data types especially str, bytes in Py3 vs str, unicode in Py2. Should be able to gauge, understand impact of this on data in transit/data at rest in a large project.
• Knowledge of using C extensions in Python code, modifying to run with Python3, Python 2-3 compatibility.
• Experience working with large python codebase.
• Working knowledge of mysql, Python ORM like sqlobject.
• Working knowledge of Common third party modules like cherrypy, falcon, gunicorn, etc.
• Good experience with basic python, no django/flask needed 
• Some code needs to run in Python 2, some in Python 3 and some in compatibility mode
• Issues for Druva are in ORM, marshalling, networking
• Need candidates having Understanding of basic data types, extensions of python 
• Data type conversion and networking is important 
• Internals of Python are important
