Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead our sales strategy and
execution for medical disposable tubing products. The ideal candidate will have in-depth
knowledge of the medical device/disposable market, strong relationships with hospitals,
distributors, and OEMs, and a track record of building high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive sales
plan to increase market share in disposable tubing products across geographies.
Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target
segments (e.g., hospitals, diagnostic centers, OEMs), and potential partnerships.
Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve
individual and team targets.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with
key clients, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
Distributor Management: Develop and manage a network of distributors/dealers to
ensure market coverage and sales growth.
Pricing & Negotiation: Lead pricing strategy, negotiations, and deal closures with
clients and institutional buyers.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, R&D, and
production teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer
feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and
performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
10–15 years of experience in medical devices or disposable medical products, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in B2C or institutional sales in the healthcare domain.
Strong understanding of medical tubing products (Infusion therapy products,
Respiratory products, anesthesia products, surgery & Urology products) is a major
advantage.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (CE, FDA, ISO 13485) preferred.
