Job Role -PR Account Manager

Experience Level - 3+ years

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities-

● Candidates should have excellent communication skills

● Content writing, drafting press releases, press notes, listing notes

● Should possess great relations with the media and influencers

● Liaise with editors and journalists via consistent press outreach to explore large format

stories and brand placements

● Influencer relations - Identify and connect with key influencers and brands to seek potential collaboration opportunities for clients

● Client servicing - Build and maintain an effective client relationship

● Work with team and manager to achieve result oriented PR execution

● Research orientation - develop industry know-how and stay up-to-date with trends across various all client verticals

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving both individual and team sales targets.

• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and close deals.
• Assist clients with their grievances and ensure timely resolution
• Work across all three domains: Signal Services, Broking, and Copy Trading.

Qualifications:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Power Engineer with expertise in interconnection studies, power flow analysis, and grid interconnection processes for renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ISO/RTO markets, power system modeling, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in industry-standard power flow tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Interconnection Support:

Provide technical support for projects in ISO/RTO interconnection queues, including strategy analysis and tariff advisory.

Prepare and submit interconnection applications, ensuring compliance with grid operator requirements.

Conduct power flow, stability, and affected system studies, assessing material modifications to existing infrastructure.

Assist in load flow analysis for transmission and distribution systems.

Technical Analysis & Modeling:

Utilize industry-standard power flow tools (GE-PSLF, PSS/E, PowerWorld, CYMDIST, TARA, ASPEN, PSCAD) for simulations and analysis.

Ensure accurate data input/output management for interconnection studies.

Research and track power market trends in major ISO/RTO markets to provide policy insights.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

Support modeling and policy analysis for transmission, renewable energy, smart grids, and distribution systems.

Develop process efficiencies and automation to streamline workflows.

Prepare high-quality technical documentation, reports, and regulatory submissions.

Education & Experience:

Master’s degree in Power/Energy Systems or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.

1+ years of experience in power flow analysis and/or interconnection studies.

Exposure to ISO/RTO interconnection processes in the US market.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of power flow, stability analysis, and load flow studies.

Hands-on experience with GE-PSLF, PSS/E, PowerWorld, CYMDIST, TARA, ASPEN, PSCAD.

Strong quantitative and modeling skills with a focus on data analysis and database management.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, as well as developing insightful visualizations and reports using Power BI. Additionally, the candidate should have strong skills in Python, data analytics, PySpark, and Databricks. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures using PySpark and Databricks.
2. Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes.

Tech CoFounder wanted for our startup. We're building a TikTok of dashcam type videos to allow users to capture interesting scenes or moments from across more than 6 crore kms of roads globally. This solution can have a lot of Connected Mobility potential at the back.

It's a short videos app meant for dashcam style videos getting recorded but from the user's smartphone (placed on a holder in a car or on a bike or in the users hands as well)

The individual should have knowledge of Full stack mobile app development preferably in Kotlin and MEAN stack along with the ability to deploy things on cloud (AWS) A plus point if he OR she knows about iOS app development as well. Bigger plus point will be the ability to move quickly with regards to developing and rolling out features for users at lightening speed.

*Salary mentioned is the salary we both can draw once the initial set of investors come on board and we can raise north of US$ 100k in the first round. You will be entitled to 30-35% equity in exchange of your initial tech development efforts.

Salaries will obviously go up as we raise more rounds and so will the value of our equity go up during each fund raise.
