Key Responsibilities:-

·      Brand Building & Proposition Design: Craft compelling brand narratives and unique value propositions that differentiate Timble and DetoXyFi in competitive markets.

·      B2B SaaS Growth: Scale our SaaS platform through targeted lead generation, funnel optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies.

·      Customer Lifecycle Management: Map and optimize the end-to-end user journey to improve acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).

·      Omni-channel Marketing: Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital (SEO/SEM, Social, Email) and offline touchpoints.

·      Media Planning & Buying: Strategize and manage media budgets, ensuring optimal ROI through effective channel selection and negotiation.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation.
• Strategic Depth: Proven track record in Media Planning and Brand Architecture.
• Analytical Rigor: Ability to translate raw data into actionable growth insights.
• Communication: Elite storytelling and presentation skills for high-level stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

·      Experience in Marketing/Brand Management, specifically within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.

·      MBA in Marketing or a related field is highly preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in automation tool. The ideal candidate will assist in building automation solutions, integrating AI capabilities, and contributing to innovative automation initiatives across domains.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement automation workflows using automation tools and scripting languages.

·       Assist in integrating AI agents.

·       Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver project requirements.

·       Support deployment and management of automation solutions on cloud platforms.

·       Gain exposure to OCR and document processing systems to enhance automation accuracy.

·       Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing automation workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

·       Total Experience: Around 5 years

·       Automation experience: 2 years

·       Development experience in any programming language (Python, Java, C#, etc.)

·       Basic understanding of AI Agents and their application in automation.

·       Familiarity with OCR and document processing technologies.

·       Working knowledge of cloud platforms; experience with Docker or Kubernetes is an advantage.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Analyst /Sr. Analyst - AR

Demonstrated Skills: 

• Average ability on calling, spoken and written English with moderate medical billing knowledge. 

• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, on moderate and complex tasks with guidance from supervisors 

• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues and problems. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with required accuracy. 

• Willingness to work in the night shift 

• Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc. 

• Meet QMS and ISMS requirements 

• Meet productivity and quality standards 

• Should have good typing speed of 25 wpm 

• Should ensure 100% attendance. 

Sr. Executive - AR:-

Demonstrated Skills:

• Above average calling, spoken and written English skills, high medical billing knowledge 

• Should work independently, and with minimal supervision, on complex tasks with guidance from supervisors 

• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ability to analyze a claim and talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and take necessary action, so that the claim is closed 

• Mentor and guide team members 

• Willing to work in Night shifts 

• Typing skills should be at min 30 wpm 

• Should ensure 100% attendance. Should not have any unapproved absenteeism 

• Ensure required quality standards.

• Be creative, with a good eye for a picture
  
• Have excellent technical and Photographic and Video graphic skills.
  
• Have good communication and people skills.
  
• Have good IT skills, especially with computer programs such as Photoshop, Premier Pro etc.
  
• Ability to use different types of photographic equipment and photography software.
  
• Understanding of artificial and natural lighting and how it affects different settings, shapes and skin tones.
  
• A keen eye for detail and a well-developed artistic and creative aesthetic.
  
• Keeping up-to-date with technology and method in the industry.
• Good Software Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom.
