Job Role - Social Media Executive

Experience Level - 1 year

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities:

● Create Campaign Strategies and monitor the execution to achieve the brand objective

● Objective Identification and delivery via curating the best digital strategy

● Managing and Supervising Facebook ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and Linkedin Ads

● Handling social pages of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

● Develop, implement and manage a brand's social media strategy on a monthly basis.

● Define the most important social media KPIs.

● In-depth knowledge of paid marketing and daily implementation, reporting, and running of paid marketing on all social platforms.

● Measure the success of every social media campaign, as per required metrics

● Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and updates

● Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing or has relevant writing capability.

● Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

● Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network via social media.

● Provide constructive feedback to the team and train them to achieve desired results.

• Strong Product Design Profile, with a focus on Design systems
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ YOE in hands-on experience in Product Design, building highly scaled Design systems (Both B2B or B2C will work)
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have built Design systems from scratch for multiple Products, that have shown high-growth scale
• Mandatory (Designation) – Must be Lead / Staff or above designation in Current role
• Mandatory (Team Managememt) - Must have atleast recent 1+ YOE as a Team Lead / Manager
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must show strong Design Systems, High-fidelity UI Designs & Interaction models for Large-scale Products
• Mandatory (Company) - Large-Scale Products (Both B2C and B2B works

Desired Technical Skillset:

MERN stack, ReactJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Microservices

Total Work Experience: 3-5 Year

• Excellent knowledge of front-end frameworks like ReactJS

• Experience with popular React.js workflows

Key Responsibilities:

·      Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design comprehensive Informatica MDM solutions tailored to their needs.

·      Implementation: Lead the implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.

·      Data Modelling: Design and implement data models to support MDM initiatives, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

·      Data Quality Management: Implement Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) processes and workflows to improve data quality and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

·      Integration: Integrate Informatica MDM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and BI platforms, to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.

·      Customization: Develop custom components, workflows, and extensions to extend the functionality of Informatica MDM and meet specific business requirements.

·      Data Governance: Establish data governance policies, standards, and best practices to govern the use, management, and quality of master data within the organization.

·      Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support the implementation and maintenance of Informatica MDM solutions.

·      Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Informatica MDM solutions.

·      Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Informatica MDM solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and configuring Informatica MDM solutions.
• Proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), and related Informatica tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of data modelling principles, data integration concepts, and master data management best practices.
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation using Informatica IDQ.
• Experience with data governance frameworks, data stewardship workflows, and data quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

About The Role

CapitalNow is seeking an Android Developer with notable experience in Java and Kotlin development. The technical team is responsible for developing the supported mobile application and web app for customers and a control panel for the marketing team involved in CapitalNow. You will be responsible for delivering best in a class mobile experience, engineering-complex, secure & high-quality native Android mobile apps for our product.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate efficiently across cross-functional teams such as product managers, UX-/UI-designers, and other software engineers
• Design, build and maintain high-performance reusable, and reliable code
• Continually improve and innovate software development, deployment and testing to ensure high-quality, on-time releases. Conduct and participate in code-reviews

Essential Qualifications

• ○ Data structure optimizations, security, IPC, App Modularization
