We're building Sitara, an AI-powered ERP suite that is a suite of micro-apps designed specifically for the service sector. Imagine a pocket CRM, a pocket POS, and a suite of essential tools—all streamlined for simplicity and powered by intelligent automation.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a passionate Python Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered ERP. You'll be instrumental in building Sitara, a product poised to disrupt a massive market with high growth potential.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for our AI-powered ERP platform.
• Develop and integrate web APIs and interact with SQL databases (NoSQL experience a plus).
• Implement automation using object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, multiprocessing, and threading.
• Write clean, well-documented code and actively participate in testing and debugging.
• Leverage Git and modern development workflow practices to ensure a smooth development cycle.
• While not required, familiarity with generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG) is a plus.

• Have 1+ years of relevant job experience working with Python
• Possess a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.

• Have excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively say no when needed.

• Experienced in Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with Selector Web Elements, Particularly XPath
• Aware of Core Selenium concepts like different types of Wait, Complex X Paths, Selenium Grid etc.
• Expertise in Java programming language
• Knowhow of Jenkins and setting up a Continuous Delivery pipeline
• Apache POI API for reading and writing data to excel.
• Experienced working in IDE : Preferably Eclipse.
• Experienced in Version Control tool : GIT or SVN.
• Experienced in Testing Framework: Preferably TestNG or JUnit.
• Experienced in Build Tools: ANT and Maven.
• Expertise in at least one programming language - Java/C#

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with QA engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

5. Convert ‘mind-blowing’ campaigns into understandable communication for internet-age consumers.

Requirements:

Excellent writing and communication skills enjoy the virtual interaction and are computer Savvy. Can handle hard deadlines, quick execution, and can work independently.

In addition, you will have to:

1. Keep pace with new internet marketing trends
2. Be analytical and creative
3. Understand the brand’s consumers and speak/write their language
4. Possess an undying love for a well-written copy and be particular about your choice and usage of words
5. Most importantly: honestly believe that Content is King!

Previous experience in internet marketing and understanding of SEOs will be valued.

We are looking for a person with a ‘can be done, proactive attitude. Love for poetry and creative writing is an add-on.
