Role Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled AI/ML Engineers with expertise in Python to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidates will have 5+ Years or 10+ Years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, developing scalable solutions, and contributing to cutting-edge machine learning projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI/ML models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production environments.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
• Work with large datasets to derive insights and develop predictive models.

Key Requirements :

Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience :

• For 5+ Years : Proven expertise in AI/ML development with hands-on project experience.
• For 10+ Years : Advanced expertise in AI/ML with a track record of leading complex projects and mentoring teams.

Technical Skills :

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in data processing tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying models.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is advantageous.

Soft Skills :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Must-Have Skills

1. Mobile Test Automation – Strong hands-on experience in Espresso (Android),

XCUITest (iOS), and WebDriverIO for web & mobile hybrid apps.

2. Programming Languages – Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, and

JavaScript/TypeScript.

3. Test Frameworks & Tools – Experience with JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, Appium

(optional), WebDriverIO.

4. CI/CD & DevOps – Hands-on experience in Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and

Bitrise.

5. Version Control – Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Bitbucket.

6. Cloud Device Testing – Experience with Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, AWS Device

Farm, or Firebase Test Lab.

7. API Testing – Hands-on experience with Postman, REST Assured, or Kotlin for

API automation.

8. Performance Testing – Exposure to mobile performance testing using tools like

Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments, JMeter.

9. Agile & Collaboration – Familiarity with JIRA, Rally, Confluence, and working in

10. Debugging & Troubleshooting – Strong ability to debug test failures and optimize

Develop and execute automation test scripts for Android (Espresso/JetPack

Compose) and iOS (XCUITest) applications.

● Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage

and seamless integration.

● Maintain and optimize existing test automation frameworks for scalability,

reliability, and performance.

● Set up and manage automation testing workflows in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, and other tools.

Responsibilities

* Build interactive UI components with VueJs in various applications

* Collaborating regularly with backend/API engineers in designing, specifying, and implementing services to decouple functionality
