Primary Purpose:
Designing Digital Media Strategy that includes all Digital touch points (Bought, Owned and Earned). Framing media investment strategies for clients towards the accomplishment of their short term and long term goals.

Major Responsibilities:
● Building a Creative Media Plan by selecting the right channels, formats and placements for the Client campaign within the client’s budget. Making media plans in response to the latest audience figures be it on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Mobile, VOIP etc.
● Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy.
● Monitor Digital Media Planning trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings.
● Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records
● Regular / daily updates with the buyer regarding campaign performances
● Course correction to be made in case of things not going as per the media plan
● Highlighting concerns / issues to the media head to resolve things quicker
● Regular calls / meetings with clients to understand
● Have in-depth knowledge of the quality audience for all Clients
● Analyze the overall work and proficiency of the interns / junior media strategists
● Reference/ research - share more/new ideas and be up to date with the latest happenings and news in the industry
● Attend all team meetings and give feedback/suggestions for account performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Play an active role in designing and validating new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artefacts.
- Conduct quick rounds of usability testing.
- Build strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders to drive user focus, creativity, efficiency, and product excellence.
- Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Collaborate with the research, product, business and engineering teams to build scalable and impactful solutions.
- Own from end-to-end 1-2 product charters and be responsible for their success along with your product team counterparts.
- Deliver the expected design support in a successful & timely fashion, for the projects that are currently in progress under your charters, while also providing a helping hand to any team-member who might require some help.

Senior Data Scientist-Job Description
The Senior Data Scientist role is a creative problem solver who utilizes statistical/mathematical principles and modelling skills to uncover new insights that will significantly and meaningfully impact business decisions and actions. She/he applies their data science expertise in identifying, defining, and executing state-of-art techniques for academic opportunities and business objectives in collaboration with other Analytics team members. The Senior Data Scientist will execute analyses & outputs spanning test design and measurement, predictive analytics, multivariate analysis, data/text mining, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the full range of data science activities including test design and measurement, predictive/advanced analytics, and data mining, and analytic dashboards.
- Extract, manipulate, analyse & interpret data from various corporate data sources developing advanced analytic solutions, deriving key observations, findings, insights, and formulating actionable recommendations.
