Job Description :-

As a Mobile Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee the development and maintenance of mobile applications for our organization. 

Some of the key job responsibilities include :-

1. Leading the Mobile Development Team: You will lead a team of developers, designers who are responsible for building and maintaining mobile applications. You will be responsible for Coding, delegating tasks, setting goals and timelines, and overseeing the team's performance to ensure that the development process runs smoothly.

2. Developing Mobile Applications: You will be responsible for developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, using a range of programming languages such as Swift, Java, Kotlin, and React Native. You will need to ensure that the application is scalable, user-friendly, and meets the specific requirements of the organization.

3. Collaborating with Stakeholders: You will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders in the organization, including product managers, project managers, designers, and other development teams to understand the requirements and objectives of the application. You will need to ensure that the application aligns with the overall product roadmap and meets the business objectives.

4. Ensuring Quality: You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the mobile application, including testing, debugging, and fixing any issues that arise during the development process. You will need to

ensure that the application is free of bugs, runs smoothly, and meets performance and usability standards.

5. Keeping Up with Emerging Trends: You will need to stay up to date with the latest developments in mobile technology, and emerging trends in user experience and design. You will need to ensure that the mobile application is using the latest technologies and is in line with industry best practices.

6. Managing Project Budget: You will be responsible for managing the budget for mobile development projects, including resource allocation, vendor management, and contract negotiations.

Overall, the Mobile Lead is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of mobile development processes and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality mobile applications.

Location: Goregaon east, Mumbai
Position Description: 3+ years of experience with mobile application development in Android.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the core team for coming up with new features and implementing them
• Work on new products and services
• Provide support to existing applications
• Integrate REST services into mobile applications

Required Skills:

Functional: Kotlin, Retrofit, Room Db, GSON, (Room/SQLite), MVVM, MVP, MVC, Work Manager, Rx java, Dagger 2, Recyclerview, Custom Solutions & Custom Views, GIT & JIRA.

What are we looking for?

1. We expect you to have your domain knowledge of Flutter, Dart, Room or Realm DB, BLOC pattern based development, Redux and RX Dart
2. There are few skills which you need to have from get-go:

3. You have the ability to explain your algorithms and solutions and understand how to ask questions with respect to mobile app development and web development scenarios
4. You are a smart and energetic talent from engineering and computer science background 
5. Based on the situations you can contribute individually or work with team and make work productive and fun
6. In terms of day to day work, for 2 years you should have done the following:
1. At least 2 to 3 live projects in Flutter or Native Android or iOS
2. Thorough understanding of Dart programming for mobile application development
3. Writing frontend code with SOLID principle
4. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
5. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
6. Documenting frontend code 
7. Knowledge of Android native and iOS native is a plus
8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus

1. Work location: Bengaluru city and Remote
2. Working days - 6 days a week

Requirement::

• Must Have worked with Flutter / Android Application development.

• Excellent ability to develop & understand algorithms

• Excellent verbal & written communication.

• Strong knowledge in Restful web services. Experience in interacting with web services from the Flutter mobile platform

• Experience with Offline Storage, Threading, And Performance Tuning

• Strong knowledge in Push Notifications

• Analytical, Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills.

• Should have knowledge on client requirements analysis.
