Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a product role at a consumer technology organization, preferably a startup

Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the product definitions and execution. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to build an actionable product roadmap
- Work with cross-functional teams (like Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing) to create and implement a decisive product plan from product development to actual production. You own the execution
- This role requires hustle and demonstrable experience in prioritization- we have to move from 0 -> 1 pretty quickly
- Set your product’s goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with Jupiter’s mission and drive maximum impact. You should understand numbers and what they mean
Communication:
Should be able to articulate your thoughts and ideas, communicate with key stakeholders (which includes technical and business teams across the organization) and leverage those discussions to translate business requirements to the engineering team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Lead Brand Marketing, Strategy, Content and Communication for existing and new brands
- Creating Brand positioning and differentiation strategies, generating brand anticipation and planning Brand launch keeping in mind the key insights gained from customer and competitor analysis
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, category, product planning and go-to-market execution plans
- Accountable to lead marketing campaigns, content, understanding the brand well, and integrating the brand communication across all channels
- Own and drive social media presence for the brand

- Create & deliver ambitious growth plans for the brand's D2C platforms and take onus of D2C business delivery.

- 7-10 years business and / or marketing experience in relevant start-up/ e-commerce/ D2C/FMCG organizations handling a large brand or 2/3 independent brands.
- Experience working for multiple brands at a time
- Strong experience using performance marketing to drive traffic growth and brand awareness
- Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
- Experience in managing digital first brands both from width & depth point of view
