About the Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X. This role owns influencer strategy end-to-end—from discovery and relationship building to campaign execution, performance tracking, and ROI optimization. You’ll work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to build authentic, high-impact influencer programs that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Discovery & Relationship Building

• Identify, onboard, and manage high-potential creators across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, nutrition, and food.
• Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies.
• Maintain a strong and diverse influencer pipeline aligned with brand values.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns—from briefing to publishing.
• Create clear, actionable briefs covering campaign goals, brand tone, and creative direction.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across platforms.

Content Governance & Performance Tracking

• Review influencer content for brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and visual compliance.
• Track and report KPIs such as reach, engagement, CPV, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Share insights and optimization recommendations to improve performance continuously.

Budget Management & Operations

• Manage influencer budgets, negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payouts with finance and agency partners.
• Maintain organized campaign documentation and cost tracking.

Innovation, Trends & Creative Strategy

• Stay ahead of platform trends, creator formats, and emerging social channels.
• Propose innovative campaign ideas—collabs, challenges, tutorials, reviews, and UGC-driven formats.
• Elevate brand storytelling through creative influencer partnerships.

You will handle customer queries on Freshdesk, Freshchat and WhatsApp. The role is driven by fast responses, clear communication and reliable issue resolution.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer queries through Freshdesk tickets, Freshchat and WhatsApp.
2. Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate when required.
3. Update all tickets and chats with clean, accurate notes.
4. Meet first response and resolution targets as per internal SLAs.
5. Maintain a consistent brand tone in every customer interaction.
6. Capture customer feedback and pass key patterns to the product and tech teams.
7. Support CSAT and resolution rate goals through steady quality.

Objective of the role:

Deliver clear, timely and consistent support that improves customer satisfaction and reduces friction in daily operations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. One to three years of experience in customer support.
3. Strong verbal and written communication.
4. Hands on experience with Freshdesk, Freshchat and WhatsApp based support.
5. Ability to manage multiple conversations without dropping quality.
6. Basic problem-solving and the ability to spot recurring issues.

As a Backend Developer with expertise in Java, and PostgreSQL, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our SaaS and internal platforms, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and performance. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop server-side logic, APIs, and database schema to support the functionality and performance requirements of our SaaS platform.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code using any relevant programming language preferably Java with SpringBoot.
• Optimize the backend systems for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the application.
• Implement data storage solutions using PostgreSQL or other relational databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the backend code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in backend development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a focus on server-side development.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Familiarity with SaaS concepts and architecture.
• Experience with API design and development, including RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
• Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
• Flexible to work on additional days and hours.

• For positions in the US: Willingness to travel within the US (and occasionally abroad). All expenses will be covered.
