Sales Executive,

Position: Business Development Executive(Work from Office only)

Key Responsibilities: 

• International business development and lead generation for Web Applications, Websites/portals, Enterprise IT solutions, and Product engineering by focusing on .NET applications, Enterprise IT services, and other technology and tools.  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets established by Sales Head. 
• Focus on generating new leads to increase sales through cold calls, references, bids, email campaigns, etc. 
• Build sales pipeline 
• Strong Follow-up and analytics skill  
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service and meeting all client needs appropriate to their business. 
• Participate in formulating essential business development strategies. 
• Provide support to the division manager for all sales-related tasks. 
•  Maintained accurate records and generate relevant reports/documents for the Sales/Marketing Department.

Desired Candidate Profile:  

• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar profile, preferably in IT companies, and a proven background in business development are required. 
• Strong interest in business development, sales, and client relationship management, preferably in the IT sector. 
• Willingness to learn and understand the end-to-end sales cycle. 
• Comfortable with cold calling and follow-up strategies. 
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs. 
• Eagerness to learn about portals, web applications, web development, e-commerce, and IT services. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in engaging potential clients. 
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment. 
• Open to working in shifts (UK, Europe, and USA (EST)). – 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Job Profile/ Responsibility:

• Sourcing candidates of suitable calibre from various job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Cutshort etc), Posting, Head Hunting, Social media, Internal and External References
• The recruiter is responsible for assessing and short-listing candidates through a systematic and multi-layered approach to create a pool of eligible candidates for Job Dost Client Organizations.
• Carrying out the prescribed Assessment for the candidates and identifying profile as per client expectation as per job roles.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews, online assessments, coding tests for candidates.
• Maintain database of candidates in JobDost portal and also ensuring all applicants are routed through JobDost platform from interview schedule to offer
• Performing background and reference checks.

Job Requirement:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

• Hands on experience in hiring positions like SAP consultants, System/Cloud Architect, Front/Backend Developer, React, Java/J2EE Developers, .Net Engineers, ASP.Net, C#.Net, VB.Net, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. Handling candidates in Information Technology is a plus.
• Minimum 1 years of prior experience of as a Recruiter
• Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with various sourcing methods

Qualification and Work Experience

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech/BCA/MCA

Work experience: 1- 8 years

Minimum 1-8 years of experience in Designs, develops and implementation of web-based Java applications to support business  requirements and projects.

Hands-on experience in Java and J2EE Ecosystem.

Hands-on experience in Spring boot, Hibernate and/or Struts frameworks.

Good familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming, Web services, REST, HTTP.

Strong experience with databases and MySQL.

Experience in Agile Development/Project Management, DevOps CI/CD process is a big plus.

1-6 years minimum in creating complex HTML based solutions

Detail oriented experience as a Web Developer creating Angular/React/Vue based solutions

1-6 years with Node.js and Express js

Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams to communicate design and build ideas effectively

Experience using asynchronous RESTful services (JSON)

 Knowledge and Hands-on experience on ASP.Net, C#, MS SQL Server, Restful, C# 3.5/4.0, MVC

Desirable Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Solid understanding of best practices in web application development.

Requirements

Fluent knowledge of the latest HTML/CSS standards and best practices
