Job Summary:

As a Tech Lead - Full Stack (MERN), you will be at the forefront of our web development team, leading the charge in creating and implementing cutting-edge applications using the MERN stack. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust software solutions that meet our business goals.

Roles and responsibilities:

● Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

Skills Required:

● Proven experience as a full stack developer with a focus on the MERN stack.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of overall development experience.
• Very good understanding of core Javascript concepts.
• 3 years of React Native experience for iOS and/or Android.
• Extensive knowledge about mobile app development.
• This includes the whole process from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s).
• Some understanding of the build process involved with iOS and Android.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

Role and Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers and Business to understand business/product requirements and vision.
• Provide a clear architectural vision in line with business and product vision.
• Lead a team of architects, developers, and data engineers to provide platform services to other engineering teams.
• Provide architectural oversight to engineering teams across the organization.
• Hands on design and development of platform services and features owned by self - this is a hands-on coding role.
