Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency

• Any Graduate – Any Specialization with 3+ yrs of relevant strong object-oriented JavaScript & MVC with analytical/logical thinking & problem solving skills (Object Oriented JS, JQUERY, Angular, NodeJS)

Skills Required

• 2+ years of web application development experience using Javascript
• Experience in Angular / React.js, Node.js, and Express.js/loopback.js
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs
• Data modelling experience in both relational and NoSQL databases(MongoDB preferred).
• Experience deploying and maintaining a micro-service architecture
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with server-less infrastructure paradigms (AWS Lambda, etc).
• Experience building a scalable product is a bonus!

Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and brand requirements to translate them into actionable briefs.

Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns across digital, print, OOH, social media, influencer, and experiential platforms.

Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaigns that meet client expectations.

Prepare and present proposals, campaign reports, and performance reviews.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.

Handle client escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations to advise clients with fresh ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in identifying new customers and generating sales leads

 Support regular calling activities for lead follow-ups and client engagement

 Help explain product features and assist customers in making the right choice

 Contribute to meeting team sales targets

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

 Interest in sales, marketing, or customer service roles (home décor industry is a plus)

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Proficient in both English and Kannada (spoken)

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

Manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc. for the upper management

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned

Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office

Skills:

What you need to have:

About the role 

We are looking for a strong full stack engineer who has experience building web and mobile applications for enterprise and consumers. You will help design, build and maintain scalable applications and build the API infrastructure that can be used across all client products.

Responsibilities:

• Building applications that are responsive, performant, and accessible Produce high quality HTML/CSS pages from mock ups.
• Collaborating with other disciplines across engineering, UX, and Product to help develop front end solutions.
• Using our Micro service stack to integrate front end into the development lifecycle.
• Build high availability and extremely reliable transactional systems.
• Own and manage all phases of the software development lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, deployment and support)
• Design, build and maintain API infrastructure that allows for standard integration methodology between applications and third party services
• Collaborate effectively with the rest of the team to design and launch new features
• Deliver on rapid implementation schedules to build web functionality that is fast, scalable, and upholds smart development goals and principles
• Work on all things front-end and backend including web and mobile
• Maintain code integrity, quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.

Requirements:

• 3+ year track record of relevant work experience and a Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required.
• Proficient in HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, like React, Vue.js, NodeJS among others.
• Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Strong knowledge  and experience with server-side web of building restful APIs for internal and external products using Node.js
• Doesn’t shy away from testing and code review.
• Good knowledge of OOPS Concept and Data Structure like Queue, Stack, Tree, Linked List.
• Knowledge of code versioning tool - Git.
• knowledge of cloud computing platforms, like Amazon Web Services
• Strong Knowledge of database systems like Mysql.
• Interest and ability to learn new technology stacks as needed.
• Good problem solving skills and Willing to learn new technology.
• Passion for developing awesome user experiences
• Independent, dedicated, and able to deliver production ready code with minimal guidance.
