What You’ll Do as a Software Craftsperson 

• Design and build high-quality, maintainable systems using disciplined engineering practices such as TDD, continuous refactoring, and pair programming 
• Operate in an AI-native development model, using AI as a collaborator to explore architecture and design, accelerate development, and continuously improve systems while applying strong judgment to ensure that speed never compromises quality 
• Take end-to-end ownership of outcomes from problem understanding and system design to implementation, deployment, and operation in production 
• Make thoughtful design decisions that balance simplicity, scalability, and long-term maintainability in real-world systems 
• Maintain a high bar for engineering quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and continuous feedback 
• Investigate and resolve production issues, and implement systemic improvements to prevent recurrence 
• Work directly with clients, navigate ambiguity, and translate business problems into well-designed technical solutions 
• Contribute to improving team practices, tooling, and systems to raise the overall quality and effectiveness of engineering 

Requirements

What You’ll Bring 

• 5+ years of experience building high-quality, production systems (flexible based on demonstrated capability) 
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, including object-oriented design, system design, and testing practices such as TDD 
• Demonstrated ability to build simple, maintainable, and scalable systems with a focus on long-term reliability 
• Proficiency in one or more modern technologies, Python, PHP, JavaScript, or TypeScript, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly 
• Deep experience working with Git in collaborative environments, including managing shared codebases, conducting code reviews, and maintaining a high bar for quality 
• Ability to operate effectively in an AI-native workflow using AI as a collaborator to explore solutions and accelerate development, while applying strong judgment to ensure correctness, quality, and maintainability 
• Clear thinking and strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to break down complex problems into simple, well-structured solutions

Strong Software Engineer, Engineering Manager Profiles

Mandatory (Experience) – Must have minimum 4+ years of hands on experience in software development

Mandatory (Tech Skillset) – Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java / Node.js / Go / Python (any 1) OR 3+ YOE in frontend Development using React / Angular / Vue (any 1)

Title: Data Engineer (Azure) (Location: Gurgaon/Hyderabad)

We are expanding our Data Engineering Team and hiring passionate professionals with extensive

knowledge and experience in building and managing large enterprise data and analytics platforms. We

are looking for creative individuals with strong programming skills, who can understand complex

business and architectural problems and develop solutions. The individual will work closely with the rest

of our data engineering and data science team in implementing and managing Scalable Smart Data

Lakes, Data Ingestion Platforms, Machine Learning and NLP based Analytics Platforms, Hyper-Scale

Processing Clusters, Data Mining and Search Engines.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of industry experience in creating and managing end-to-end Data Solutions, Optimal

Data Processing Pipelines and Architecture dealing with large volume, big data sets of varied

data types.

• Proficiency in Python, Linux and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of working with PySpark dataframes, Pandas dataframes for writing efficient pre-processing and other data manipulation tasks.
  ● Strong experience in developing the infrastructure required for data ingestion, optimal

extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using tools like Azure Data Factory,  Azure Databricks (or Jupyter notebooks/ Google Colab) (or other similiar tools).

• Working knowledge of github or other version control tools.
• Experience with creating Restful web services and API platforms.
• Work with data science and infrastructure team members to implement practical machine

• Experience with cloud providers like Azure/AWS/GCP.

• Your primary focus will be to implement responsive & high-quality UI and reusable code for CoinSwitch platform, with a particular focus on performance.
• You will help translate requirements and mockups into fully functioning features using frontend technologies.
• You will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining high quality standards.
• You will collaborate timely with designers, product managers and own the front-end layer.
• You will constantly look for optimizing applications to handle high scale.

What You Should Have:

• You should have 5+ years of extensive experience in Javascript.
• You should have 3+ years of experience in ReactNative based Android and IOS apps.
• You have experience writing clean, modular, object- oriented and optimized scripts.
• You are aware of Javascript design patterns and can architect a fairly complex UI.
• You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework (ReactNative ecosystem preferred).
• You keep pace with the ever-changing specs of cutting edge front-end technologies.

• Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, etc.

The position requires night shift work to support the US time zone.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Science with a consistent academic record (Preferably more than 70%)
• Oracle-certified DBA with 3+ years of DBA experience
• Oracle 12c and 19c experience is a must.
• Experience in Performance Tuning and Query Optimization is a must.
• Expertise and development experience in PL/SQL and SQL
• Experience in Oracle installation, upgrade backup, and recovery methods.
• Experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
