Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Zoho, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
• Generate invoices and follow up on payments.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements (if required).
• Work extensively on Zoho Books and other accounting software.
• Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as an Accountant.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities • Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc. • Convert PPT/storyboards into engaging digital content. • Create basic videos, animations, quizzes, and assessments. • Add interactivities, voiceovers, and subtitles. • Test and publish courses in SCORM/xAPI format. • Upload and manage courses on LMS. • Do basic QA and revisions based on feedback. • Work with Instructional Designers and SMEs.

Skills Required • Knowledge of e-learning tools (Storyline/Captivate – anyone). • Good PowerPoint and MS Office skills. • Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/Premiere – preferred). • Understanding of LMS and e-learning concepts. • Good communication and time management. 

·      Strong hands‑on experience implementing and supporting enterprise MFT platforms, with solid exposure to SEEBURGER BIS/MFT.

·      Proven expertise in secure file transfer protocols and connectivity patterns (e.g., SFTP/FTPS/AS2/HTTPS, APIs as applicable).

·      Strong understanding of migration methodologies and integration architecture to analyze existing flows and migrate/rebuild integrations.

·      Working knowledge of SEEBURGER BIS components such as MFT, Process Designer, monitoring/message tracking

·      Experience in Linux/Unix environments with scripting capability (Shell/Python preferred) for automation/support activities.
