We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

modularization. – Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, pixel-accurate, and accessible mobile interfaces. – Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party SDKs, ensuring secure and efficient data handling. – Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and enforce best practices through code reviews. – Optimize application performance, memory usage, and startup time across Android and iOS. – Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and app store deployments. – Diagnose and resolve platform-specific issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks. – Mentor junior and mid-level developers, and contribute to internal engineering standards and documentation. – Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and backend engineers in an agile delivery environment. – Evaluate and prototype new Flutter packages, tools, and architectural patterns as the platform evolves.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Flutter and Dart.
– Proven track record of shipping and maintaining Flutter apps live on the Google Play Store and/or Apple App
Store. – Strong command of state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or GetX. – Solid understanding of Flutter's widget lifecycle, custom widget development, and responsive layout design. – Experience integrating native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) code via platform channels. – Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON serialization, and asynchronous programming (Futures, Streams,
async/await). – Familiarity with local storage and persistence (SQLite, Hive, shared preferences) and offline-first app design. – Working knowledge of Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Push Notifications) or equivalent BaaS
platforms. – Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing in Flutter. – Proficiency with Git-based version control and collaborative workflows (branching, PRs, code review). – Understanding of app security fundamentals, secure storage, and data privacy best practices. – Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
GOOD TO HAVE
– Experience with native app development (Android/Kotlin or iOS/Swift) in addition to Flutter. – Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise. – Familiarity with design systems, Material Design, and Cupertino guidelines. – Experience integrating AI/ML features or third-party AI APIs into mobile applications. – Prior experience in a consulting or client-delivery environment, managing multiple concurrent projects. – Understanding of app store submission, versioning, and release management processes.
