Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter at CodeRound, your primary responsibility will be to screen and engage candidates for both our internal roles and those moving through our AI interview platform. You’ll play a key role in qualifying talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting smooth communication between candidates, hiring teams, and our platform.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the founders and product team to shape the future of AI-powered hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and qualify candidates for our team.
• Conduct initial phone calls and follow-ups with candidates to assess fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our internal tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Support customer relationships with timely updates and basic account coordination.
• Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for candidates and clients.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve hiring workflows.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience at every stage of the funnel.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination.
• Strong communication skills—you're confident on calls and clear in writing.
• Familiarity with tech roles and the basics of engineering hiring.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple candidates at once.
• Experience with ATS tools, CRMs, or recruiting platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Bonus: Experience working with hiring platforms or recruiting for B2B SaaS or AI startups.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Female Social Media Manager with proven hands-on experience in managing and scaling brand presence across social media platforms. The candidate should be creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while coordinating with design and video teams. She will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute strategies and ensure timely delivery of content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors, ensuring timely delivery of creatives and video content.
• Write compelling captions, post copies, and scripts tailored for different platforms.
• Be directly involved in content creation – including reels, behind-the-scenes, stories, and trending formats.
• Participate in company events to capture moments and create engaging, real-time content with audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report social media insights & performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to improve brand presence.
• Ensure brand voice and identity consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Role - MLops Engineer

Required Experience - 4 Years

Location - Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Bhopal, Bangalore 

Mode - Hybrid

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with MLOps focus
• Strong expertise in AWS, particularly AWS SageMaker (required)
• AWS Data Zone experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Python, R, Scala, or Spark
• Experience developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications
• Track record of production-grade development, integration and support

• Must have 5 to 10 years of experience on building highly scalable web based enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Javascript

• Must have experience on front end development using javascript, ReactJS

• Architect and co-create, a highly scalable, available, resilient & distributed applications and multi-tenant Platforms
• Highly hands on with coding/designing, troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, leading and developing a large scale multi-tenant software components on the Platform in Agile based methodology to provide self-service capabilities (MUST HAVE)
• Must have knowledge of Data structures, must have ability to solve data structure programs on platforms like hakerrank, leetcode  (MUST HAVE)
• Proficiency in engineering practices and writing high quality code, with expertise in Java/J2EE.

• Working in a team environment, contribute significantly to application solution design and to the high-level design of application software.
• Detailed design, code and test of Cloud Platform software. Provide automated test software in conjunction with application software.
