UI Developer

We are looking for a talented React Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. As a React Developer at [Company Name], you will play a key role in building and maintaining the front-end of our AI-driven products. You will collaborate closely with our product designers, AI engineers, and back-end developers to create user-friendly interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

1. Looking for person with 5+ years of solid experience in HTML, vueJs, javascript, css & JQuery

2. Must have a strong skillset on technologies and is keen on learn and build next generation recruitment Technology.

3. Should have a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance of the product.

4. Should be a team player with a solid experience and desire to build customer-centric products and work closely with Product Managers and Designer.

5. Ready to relocate to Pune and join ASAP.
   
   

Role & Responsibilities:

• End to end ownership of the Product frontend development, building reusable, testable, and scalable technology.

• Research, evaluate, analyze, and implement technical requirements.

• Introduce best industry practices to build the best interfaces for users.

• Create high-quality HTML files based on the latest HTML5.
• Conducting website performance and usability tests.
• Troubleshoot any issues with the website.
• Meeting publication deadlines.

• In-depth knowledge of front-end coding languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass and Less.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other graphic design and layout tools.

We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of front end developer. Front end developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

Front end developers are required to work in teams alongside back end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Used to writing automated tests with tools like Jest & Cypress
• Working with a ticketing tool like Jira
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile Development
• Experiences with NodeJS is a plus
• Experiences with Monorepositorys and Nx is a plus
