Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining system reliability, scalability, and performance across our EV charging platforms. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to build resilient, automated, and observable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems
• Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
• Monitor system health using observability tools and respond to incidents proactively
• Automate operational processes using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system architecture and resilience
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management processes
• Continuously optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles
• Strong experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in Linux administration, networking, and system security
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix
• Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and SaaS/PaaS models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 400+ students who will contribute significantly to our revenue in the next 12 months. We develop, host, and operate a custom-built OMS and a client-facing application.

This role reports to Srini Raju, our AD of Engineering, and you will work with an extremely talented and professional team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Delivers solution or infrastructure development services, such as coding, programming, and creating program specifications in a defined project, using sound technical capabilities.
• Develops, modifies, and maintains solutions or infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the relevant standards.
• Lead the Development & Engineering team in the area of specialization and developed the team to ensure it has the right capability.
• Contributes to the strategic direction within the area of specialization, including standards, culture, and ways of working in line with the departmental strategy
• Strategically leverage networks to drive innovation, best practices,s and continuous improvement culture.
• Drives the relationship with other departments and significantly contributes to the development of the design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy
• Work with business users to capture requirements and review code & design, ensuring excellent delivery as per standards.

• Supports the product owner in writing user stories and offers crucial Technical knowledge for shaping the end-to-end process and data flow.
• Support and advise product owners by ensuring technical and architectural feasibility, readiness, and compliance.
• Drive adoption of newer cutting-edge technology within the organization through knowledge sessions, adoption of the same in the solution, etc.
• Assist the product teams in translating business and product requirements into technical requirements, models, and software architecture.
• Guide team development efforts toward successful project delivery.
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on JS technologies.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements and development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.

We are looking for a solid firmware testing professional who can intuitively develop test plans and test tools as needed.

This individual will be accountable for driving day-to-day execution and must be able to understand the existing system and its implementation, then architect test strategy and tools to ensure solid deliverables for external customers.

Design and drive integration and test effort Work with system/software/hardware engineers to understand system requirements and limitations to see through what needs to be tested. Prioritize test effort and development as our deliverable plans may be adjusted Proactively learn our system design and implementation to drive test effort along with each milestone.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in test-in-loop development (SIL, HIL).

Proficiency with VISA instrument drivers.

Hands-on experience with lab equipment, especially Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes (MDO).

Strong expertise in embedded systems, including hardware and software components.

Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation of test processes.

Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD frameworks (Azure preferred).

Experience with source control systems, particularly GIT.

General experience in writing and debugging tests.

Background in networking is preferred.

Exposure to DevOps practices and SQL is an advantage.

3. Explaining all Loan related processes and charges to customer

4. Clearly communicating all loan related charges to customers

5. Having Loan case file in proper order

6. Ensuring all communication with customer once documents are received

7. Ensuring all TAT's are followed in moving the loan file forward

8. Providing all necessary customer support
