Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Data Scientist - Lead Role located in Chennai. The Senior Data Scientist will lead the data science team, conduct statistical analyses, develop data models, and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing data analytics projects, creating data visualizations, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of data analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and drive data-driven decision-making is also key.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Developer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in building robust and scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to production deployment and support.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners to deliver end-to-end features.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following best practices (coding standards, unit testing, CI/CD, etc.).
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure their quality and consistency.
• Handle integration with external systems and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities :

1. Set up marketing email automation.
2. Deploy emails and email templates and analyze results.
3. Set up marketing landing pages, product carts, and coupons.
4. Analyze revenue from marketing campaigns and produce reports, including updates on the progress towards goals for new subscribers and renewal marketing and recommendations for improvements.
5. Assist with maintaining, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of our marketing database and lists.
6. Maintain and manage lead gen efforts.
7. Collaborate with other team members and departments on marketing projects and opportunities.
8. Write and edit marketing copy, messages, and campaigns.
9. Set up print marketing materials.
