EXPECTATION –
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –
Digital Strategy Development – Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the vertical that the company operates in. SEO/SEM – Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Campaign Management – Plan and hands on execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Content Creation and Management – Develop content calendars and ensure content is informative, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Analytics and Reporting – Use data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Collaboration and Coordination – Work closely with the other teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
KEY REQUIREMENT -
Proven working experience of minimum 4 years in digital marketing in a B2B startup.
Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Tag Manager and other relevant tools).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
