Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, planning and executing the creative production of all our health & fitness solutions
• Defining and building the content production roadmap with instructors & content managers
• Drive programming strategy and regularly evaluating performance of the strategy 
• Serve as overarching lead for the entire production team including producers, editors & talent
• Spearhead innovation & creativity among the content, instructor, celebs and production teams
• Production vendor management, onboarding & negotiations to create content solutions
• Partner with instructors & in-house marketing teams to build compelling brand stories

Qualification & Experience:

• 10+ years of related experience in production, experience in live studio production is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience managing and leading a production team
• Passion for content creation & health and fitness 
• Strong network of production houses, vendors & talent

The role requires you to:

• Answer client queries related to use of Superset software product, on email channel, and largely phone channel
• To understand queries, resolve them by providing ways to achieve use cases using Superset tool
• Ensure customer success by providing timely resolution
• Write documentation and FAQs

Roles & Responsibilities:

 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps.  Experiencing fine tuning applications to improve performance and memory utilization.  Thorough understanding of iOS development for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices.  Experience of design and development of iOS applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting  Proficient with Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch  Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, SQLite, MapKit, UIKit, Core Location, etc.  String knowledge in Restful, SOAP APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services  Strong knowledge of Storyboard, Autolayout, ARC.  Experience of design and development of iOS applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting  Proficient with Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch.  experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, SQLite, MapKit, UIKit, Core Location, etc  Experience with offline storage, threading, multitasking, and performance and memory tuning with  tools  (such as Instruments).  Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines  Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred  Knowledge of Graph APIs is preferred.  Familiarity with cloud message APIs, Local and push notifications  Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, TFS or SVN)  Familiarity with continuous integration.

Role Introduction

Technical leads oversee a team of personnel focused on technical issues, including software development, product releases, and engineering tasks. They are responsible for the end to end operations of the Development team. They often evaluate their team's work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations.

Role Base Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and implement high-quality software, as a member of an agile development team
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions
• Understanding the requirement and design/develop sustainable and agile application architecture
• Proactively identify architectural weaknesses and recommend appropriate solutions
• Proactively share technical knowledge and best practices with team members
• Engage in continuous learning and adoption of new concepts, technologies, and functionality
• Utilize Lend.in Platform to deploy the customer requirements in the BFSI Sector

Must-Have Qualification

• Solid Web developer with at least 4-5 years of Java/ J2EE experience
• 3+ years of Java experience along with spring boot is mandatory
• 3+ years of professional experience with enterprise architecture and developing highly scalable websites/services
• 3+ years of experience with database design and maintenance (MySQL)
• Proficiency with back and front end caching strategies (Memcached, Redis)
• Hands-on experience developing, releasing, and maintaining large-scale software

applications

• Must be a self-starter and enjoy working in a team
• Must have led a team of size 5 to 7
• High Energy levels and passionate to try new technology stacks

Good to have Qualification

• Prior experience in BFSI/Lending domain is a strong plus
