Closely work with the Creative Head to lead a specific brand's videos and build a strong brand message and conceptualize the development of various videos for campaigns and programs.

About the Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will become a product expert and ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes quickly and efficiently drive value throughout the onboarding experience.
