Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Clearly explain product features and benefits to clients.
• Generate interest and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer details.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduates and above are eligible.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Required Skills:

• Ability to speak, read, and type in English.

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on skills and experience).

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, emails, trip feedback, and send an initial response within the SLA’s.
• Document all information according to standard operating procedures
• Categorize the request/Label it according to SOP (Type and Criticality)
• Identify the RCA (Root cause analysis) and the action items and document it in the internal note. This will help in breaking the issue into smaller parts and understand the cause for it. Guidelines for identification of RCA are present in the SOP
• Follow up with the owner with the result of RCA to identify the action items.
• Respond back to the employee with the best possible solution.
• Monitor the resolution for a day (if required) and then close the ticket. 
• Quality check for every call will be done on a real time basis.

We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented content creator to produce high-quality outputs for our business. The content creator will identify new ways to reach consumers. 

Content Creator Responsibilities:

• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.

• Learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.

• Assisting the creative team.

• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.

• Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign. 

• Monitoring social media and company website metrics.

• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.

• Experience creating strong, engaging content.

• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

• Strong listening and communication skills.

• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

The successful candidate will be a pro-active problem solver, quick learner and will provide technical leadership and solution ownership. This candidate should have a passion for technology and should be looked at as a “technical guru” who champions their design, coding and implementation strengths and prides themselves on their development expertise. The successful candidate will join a team that develops and integrates enterprise e-commence and e-transaction systems for a diverse client base.

• The successful applicant will be responsible for the technical delivery of all development assignments allocated to him in a timely fashion, while meeting rigorous quality targets.
• Unit testing of code - Working with very large and complex SQL databases
• Troubleshooting through resolution of technical issues and system errors
• Performing testing, documentation, and mentoring/grooming/coaching less technical staff where applicable
• Work with Architects, Project Managers, and other Developers to estimate the level of effort necessary to implement assigned work packages.
• Write efficient, clean, tested code that follows high standards and quality requirements

Specific Skillset Required

Minimum 2-3 Years of strong hands-on experience on:

• PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5, Ajax, JSON
• PHP framework preferably Laravel

Strong Fundamental knowledge required

• Web development experience in Core PHP, Mysql, MVC architecture.
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures
• Implementation of Service Integration of an on Demand Web Application
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / SVN / Bitbucket)
• Experience in developing cross-browser-compatible web applications in HTML, CSS
• Experience developing and deploying solutions/applications across various environments (on-premises and cloud (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, GCP etc.)

Responsibilities
As an SDET at Jumio, the candidate is expected to develop and maintain automated functional, integration and load tests for web applications that ensure the quality of developed product features. They are supposed to be champions of quality and participate in developing and enhancing continuous delivery solutions. They are expected to participate
actively in agile development rhythms (scrum, kanban etc), be able to read / write good quality code. The role also requires some level of manual testing depending on project needs.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years relevant work experience.
2. Experience in unit testing, acceptance testing, integration testing, system/end-to-end testing for Web applications / REST services
3. Experience in Spring Framework is required
4. Minimum 3 years experience with Java or Groovy or Python
5. Ideally some experience with Spring Boot, Docker, Selenium, AWS
6. Comfortable usage of UNIX-like operating system and basic bash scripting knowledge
7. Spring Framework Knowledge
8. Enjoy working in a self-organizing team environment
9. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
10. Think further than the solution appears to require
11. Excellent analytical, conceptual and communications skills in spoken and written English

1. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and asynchronous architecture

5. Machine Learning / Computer Vision knowledge

• Proficient in algorithms and data structures.
• Having strong experience in designing data intensive and scalable systems.

• Past experience of mentoring a team of at least two people.
