Within this role, your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Lead client engagements, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline
• Design and implement RPA based solutions
• Managing multiple project workstreams, from scoping and planning to design, development, testing, and deployment
• Implement metrics to track progress and milestones of delivery to client
• Manage a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients

• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving its offerings

Other specific Delivery responsibilitites:

• Overseeing project timelines, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. You will work closely with project teams to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project completion within the defined parameters.
• Focus on developing and optimizing delivery processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to streamline workflows.
• Understanding client needs and aligning delivery effort, and exceeding client expectations throughout the entire delivery process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with RPA technologies (preferably UiPath)
• One should be willing to do Handson in UIPath as in when needed, though its a managerial role for limited time
• Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
• Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• 5+ years’ experience in customer focused product management in a technical product, end-to-end implementation and deployment within cloud systems.
• Must have experience in SaaS applications.
• Must have knowledge of Angular 8+, Azure, HTML CSS, JQuery, JavaScript ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server 2012/2014+ etc.
• Should have sound knowledge of Object-Oriented (OOPS) concepts.
• Must have experience in end-to-end product ownership and project management.
• Good experience in Relational Database Management Systems, Database design and Normalization.
• Hands-on experience in design, development, and debugging of systems.
