 Hiring: Cloud Engineer – MLOps Platform 🚨

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to support ML teams and drive end-to-end automation for model deployment across modern cloud platforms.

🔹 Tech Stack:

Azure | Databricks | AKS | ARO | Terraform | MLflow | CI/CD

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD and Continuous Training (CT) pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

• Deploy Databricks jobs, MLflow models, and microservices on AKS / ARO environments.

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps practices.

• Manage Databricks workspaces, AKS clusters, and networking configurations.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for ML workloads.

• Ensure cloud security, governance, and cost optimization best practices.

🔹 Required Skills:

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Azure, AKS, ARO, and Databricks

✔ Experience with MLflow and Kubernetes-based deployments

✔ Proficiency in Python and Bash / PowerShell scripting

✔ Strong understanding of cloud security, infrastructure automation, and distributed systems

We are searching for an experienced Product Manager with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the E-commerce industry, ideally with technical knowledge related to e-commerce websites. As a Product Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the development and enhancement of our e-commerce platform. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and customer-centric product features and functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our e-commerce website, aligning it with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define precise product requirements and specifications.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on their business value, customer feedback, and market demands.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure prompt and high-quality delivery of product releases.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform data analysis to evaluate the performance of our products and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct user testing, and iterate on product features to enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in the e-commerce space, leveraging this knowledge to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the product vision, strategy, and value proposition to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline). An MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Have at least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
• Demonstrate a strong technical understanding and knowledge of e-commerce platforms and associated technologies.
• Showcase a proven track record of successfully delivering and launching customer-focused products and features.
• Exhibit familiarity with agile product development methodologies and experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for making informed product decisions.

• 2-5 years of professional Android Application development experience.
• Experience in designing, development, and REST API Integration of Android Applications using Dart, Java, or Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Deep knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of android, and handling of multiple screen sizes.

• Responsibilities will include understanding requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it. Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
• Ownership of front end platforms – Android, iOS, msite and website. Have worked extensively in frontend and need to be able define and analyse numerous product metrics and know when and how to apply each in order to influence the success of the product.
• Conceptualize and build innovative Financial Products in Lending for platform users. Most of the products are being developed for the first time in India
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.
• Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization.
• Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fastmoving environment.
• Strong business management and analysis skills.

• Ability to manage a team of 6-10 smart product managers 

• Overall 12-14 years of experience.
• Minimum 7 years of strong consumer internet related Product and 2 years in fintech. Management background preferably in eCommerce /Technology/ Fintech / Banking industry. Understanding & having gone through the pain of what it takes to build a great product
