Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer who has hands-on experience in automating web and API testing. The ideal candidate should be strong in Java and Selenium, with a good understanding of API testing and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Java
• Perform UI automation testing using Selenium
• Execute and automate API testing using Rest Assured / Postman
• Validate backend data through database testing using SQL
• Integrate automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers and QA team to identify, report, and track defects
• Participate in test planning, test execution, and regression testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for the e-commerce gift card product, covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing when necessary, focusing on critical paths, edge cases, and user experience.
• Bug Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools. Work with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure product quality.
• Performance Testing: Lead efforts to test the scalability and performance of the gift card platform, ensuring it can handle high volumes of transactions and users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools, trends, and best practices. Continuously seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes.

What will you do?

Governance and Policy Development   

·         Develop, implement, and maintain governance policies, SOPs, and related documentation. 

·         Ensure all policies align with industry standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001 family, and HIPAA). 

·         Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend updates based on organizational changes or regulatory updates. 

Risk Management   

·  Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and compliance gaps. 

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement remediation strategies. 

·  Maintain risk registers and monitor mitigation efforts. 

Compliance Oversight   

·  Support the organization in achieving and maintaining FedRAMP certification. 

·  Manage periodic audits, security assessments, and readiness activities for compliance frameworks. 

·  Track and report on compliance metrics, audit findings, and resolution status. 

Training and Awareness   

·  Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee understanding of compliance policies and procedures. 

·  Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries within the organization. 

Incident Response and Reporting   

·  Support incident response processes to ensure effective investigation and reporting of compliance-related incidents. 

·  Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence. 

Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management   

·  Assess third-party vendors for compliance with organizational policies and standards. 

·  Ensure contracts include appropriate compliance requirements. 

What do you bring to the table?

Education & Experience   

·  Overall 12- 15 years of relevant experience

·  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

·  3+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles, with specific experience in FedRAMP compliance.  

Knowledge & Skills   

·  Strong understanding of FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks. 

·  Experience in drafting policies, procedures, and SOPs. 

·  Familiarity with GRC tools and platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC). 

·  Excellent communication and documentation skills. 

·  Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 

Certifications (Preferred)   

·  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) 

·  Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) 

·  Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) 

·  ISO 27001 Lead or Internal auditor

The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate has skills and demonstrates the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. 

Job Location: Work from home

Selection process: HR Round followed by group discussion and sales manager round.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Salary offered: As per industry standards

Working days: 6 days          Sunday is off

Shifts:10:00am -7:00pm
