What You’ll Do

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them get value from Jinn AI.
• Support onboarding, product adoption, and day-to-day customer success.
• Track customer feedback, issues, and requests, and coordinate with the product/engineering teams.
• Analyze customer usage and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
• Prepare customer reports, insights, and regular business reviews.
• Help build scalable customer success processes and documentation.

Job Purpose
