Customer Service Associate - Chandigarh/Lucknow/Jaipur

As we discussed, please find below the JD for the design candidate. The person should be with 2/3 years of experience preferably from Aerospace / Automotive background with knowledge of Surface Modelling.

Location: Hoskote, Bengaluru 

Budget - INR 30,000 / 35,000 per month

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Lead design efforts in developing new product related to defence. Follow all Product Development Phases required to bring concepts into production with supervision from Manager. Prepare presentation material for design reviews and customer meetings. 
2. Guide and direct activities of the multifunctional team(s) according to priorities set by Engineering management.
3. Evaluate customer requirements to develop technical assumptions and requirements that provide an outline for project scope, planning and quoting activities. Create Design FMEA, execute risk-mitigating actions from DFMEA, and update DFMEA accordingly. Responsible for design/product validation plan and report. Supports cross-functional feasibility reviews of new products.
4. Confirm product design intent. Perform stack studies and other analyses required from DFMEA to reduce and eliminate failure modes from designs before tool release. Check manufacturing drawings for completeness and accuracy. Perform engineering tests and submit products for screening and qualification testing in the reliability lab.
5. Coordinate new product development, debug and release. Follow all product development steps, and supply tooling groups with necessary drawings for quoting and tool build. Assist and support manufacturing in the debug process. Responsible for follow-up, documentation, publishing and expediting all action items of a new product program.
6. Prepare and follow engineering change requests (ECR) per document control procedures. Support other engineers in department by checking drawings and providing mark-up for corrections.
7. Produce suitable manufacturing drawings and employ accepted GD&T methodology.
8. Interface with internal departments (manufacturing, quality, lab, sales and marketing) to ensure design objectives are met in a timely manner and assist by providing product information, engineering samples and technical advice. Also interface with suppliers and customers.
9. Support product with continuous improvement and support resolution of customer issues.
10. Support to Process Design and Quality activities if required.
11. Support to PFMEA / Control Plan.

Job Title: Backend Developer - Fintech

Responsibilities:

• Architect and Develop: Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Debug and Resolve: Identify and fix backend issues and bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience for financial applications.
• Optimize Systems: Continuously enhance backend systems for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
• Code Quality: Uphold high standards of code quality, organization, and implement automated testing processes to meet industry standards.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of fintech industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory updates to continually improve backend architecture.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in backend development with a strong skill set in Python and Django.
• API Development: Extensive experience in developing secure and compliant RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework.
• Database Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of MySQL for database design, optimization, and maintenance; experience with MongoDB is a plus.
• DevOps: Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization.
• Cloud Services: Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP) with an emphasis on security and regulatory compliance.
• Software Principles: Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices in the fintech domain.
• Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented fintech environment.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development.

Preferred Skills:

• Asynchronous Processing: Familiarity with asynchronous task processing using Celery or similar technologies, especially in financial transaction processing.
• AWS Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, with a focus on security and compliance.
• GCP Expertise : VPC, Virtual Machines, SQL, IP whitelisting
• Caching Mechanisms: Experience with caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis) for optimizing real-time data access and processing.
• Continuous Learning: Eagerness to learn and adapt, staying updated with emerging technologies and methodologies in backend development and the fintech industry.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of professional experience building server applications with Node.js and the Spring framework.
• Experience working with the AWS Development stack, including: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, Mobile Analytics, EC2 and RDS

Experience working with a handful of the following:

• relational databases: MySQL, or PostgreSQL or Oracle
• document-based data stores: MongoDB or CouchDB,
• key-value stores: DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached
• column-stores: Cassandra, Vertica
• Ability to work with front-end web technologies, like: HTML5/CSS3/Angular/Bootstrap
• Strong familiarity with *nix command line operations

• Coordinating with candidates & the technical panel for scheduling the interviews.
