T3:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 3 years of Java EE development experience.

2. Have a solid foundation in JAVA, have strong OOP and OOD development ideas, and be familiar with common design patterns. Have strong coding skills, have business design experience, and be able to solve more complex technical problems.

3. Proficient in using mainstream JAVA open-source frameworks, such as Spring, Spring boot, Spring cloud, myBatis, etc.

4. Familiar with MySql, capable of database design and optimization, familiar with redis caching technology, familiar with message middleware, and ElasticSearch.

5. Have strong learning ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and independent problem-solving ability, high sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressure. Able to guide junior engineers and specialists to complete simple business development work.

6. Those with Internet platform development experience and familiarity with distribution and concurrency will be given priority

T4:

5. Familiar with distributed development and application scenarios of distributed components

6. Have some experience in concurrent processing and be familiar with performance optimization

7. Have strong learning ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and independent problem-solving ability, high sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressure. Able to guide junior engineers and specialists to complete simple business development work.

• Software Design and Development: Lead and contribute to the design, architecture, and development of software applications within the "I" domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and specifications for software projects. • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them in best practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Act as a subject matter expert in software design principles, programming languages, and development methodologies. • System Integration: Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate software components with hardware systems or existing software infrastructure. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies that can enhance the software development process and product performance. • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, estimate effort, and plan development timelines. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting the specified quality standards.

Requirements and skills:

• Hands-on Software Development experience.

Our product is controlled by our backend dashboard so insurers can get the latest IoT data streaming in. The SaaS platform is designed to ensure that insurers never miss opportunities to increase engagement with their existing customer base.

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. On the backend, you will have the opportunity to help our product scale and be involved in the further architecture of the Sureify platform.

Skills And Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Use test-driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality
• Excellent relational database skills with MySQL
• Experience with building restful JSON web services
