Job description

We are looking for an experienced HTML developer to oversee the design, coding, and implementation of projects.

In this role, you will be required to collaborate with Website Designers on the initial web design, write the code, ensure cross-platform compatibility, and provide user support.

To be successful as an HTML developer, you should have a good eye for detail and excellent knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.

HTML Developer Responsibilities:

Meeting with Web designers to discuss project design and layout.

Coding the entire HTML site from end to end.

Debugging code and front-end web applications.

Ensuring cross-platform compatibility.

Troubleshooting application errors.

Conducting website performance and usability tests.

Meeting publication deadlines.

Providing user support.

HTML Developer Requirements:

At least 2 years experience as an HTML Developer.

In-depth knowledge of front-end coding languages including HTML, CSS

Basic Knowledge on Javascript, Jquery

Ability to troubleshoot coding and application errors.

Knowledge of web design and user application requirements.

Ability to meet strict publication deadlines.

Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them

Requirements

• Extensive and expert programming experience in at least one general programming language (e. g. Java, C, C++) & tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.

• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming.

• Extensive experience in object oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and a huge passion and ability to design intuitive modules and class-level interfaces.

• Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert design into code fluently.

• Knowledge of Test Driven Development.

• Good understanding of databases (e. g. MySQL) and NoSQL (e. g. HBase, Elasticsearch, Aerospike etc).

• 4+ years of experience in the art of writing code and solving problems on a large scale.

• Open communicator who shares thoughts and opinions frequently, listens intently, and takes constructive feedback.

4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or C++.
5. Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, or EOS.
6. Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment.

What You'll Do

 Troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues raised by internal and external users.

 Working with Monitoring tools like Prometheus / Nagios / Zabbix.

What you should have

 3 - 6 years of experience in Linux / Unix, cloud computing techniques.

 Familiar with working on cloud and datacenter for enterprise customers.

 Hands-on experience on Linux / Windows / Mac OS’s and Batch/Apple/Bash scripting.

 Experience with various databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL.

 Familiar with AWS technologies like EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.

 Must know how to choose the best tools and technologies which best fit the business needs.

 Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD processes using tools like Git, GitHub, Jenkins etc.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators

     Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
