• Experience in Microsoft Web development technologies such as Web API, SOAP XML

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and internal coordination while ensuring smooth people processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Delivery, and Support teams.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
• Conduct smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for work email, tools, and system access.

2. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, documents, and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and time records.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR guidelines.
• Support payroll processing and salary coordination.

3. Employee Engagement & Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support team engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Assist in organizing team meetings, celebrations, and company events.

4. Performance & Compliance Support

• Assist in performance review processes.
• Track probation confirmations and documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.

5. HR Documentation

• Draft HR letters, policies, SOPs, and official communication.
• Maintain updated employee files and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes, labor compliance, and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong proficiency in Kafka and MongoDB to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications in a microservices architecture. You will be responsible for building real-time data processing systems, integrating various services, and ensuring smooth data flow across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Build and maintain Kafka-based real-time data pipelines for handling high-volume, low-latency data.
• Work with MongoDB to design and optimize database schemas and queries for high throughput and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure software quality through best practices, including testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Implement and maintain security best practices in both code and data handling.
• Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of core Java concepts (J2EE, multithreading, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including setting up brokers, producers, consumers, and understanding Kafka Streams.
• Proficient in working with MongoDB for designing efficient data models, indexing, and optimizing queries.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, message-driven architectures, and event streaming.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize code for high-performance systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Skills and Experience:

• 2 years experience on the aforementioned tech stack
• 3+ years overall mobile app development experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player
• Must have experience on native iOS or Android development without Flutter
• Should thoroughly know app store/play store build deployment process
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
