Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead software development projects in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience managing projects, working closely with development teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the backlog.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Track project progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Encourage a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC and understanding of software development practices.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Scrum (CSM) or Agile methodologies.
• Basic coding knowledge or understanding of software project structures.
• Experience in IT or software development environments.

Job Objectives:

- Integration of user- facing elements developed by front- end developers with server- side logic

- Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale. Support diverse clients from high- powered desktop computers to small mobile devices

- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

- Implementation of security and data protection

- Collaborate with senior management, operations & business team

- Building Rest APIs and maintain Database optimizations

Looking For:

- Great understanding of Node, react, Express, Socket.io, MVVM framework

- Worked on e- commerce website, server handling and deployments scripts

- The one who has worked on customer facing product for 2 years

- Strong knowledge of MEAN stack (Min 3 yrs professional working experience) with basic understanding of LAMP.

- Experience designing scalable, fault tolerant systems and databases.

Skills Required

• 2+ years of strong programming experience on .NET platform
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET Web API
• Experience with Angular or any front-end framework or passion to learn Angular
• Hands on experience with SQL
• Knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Current extensive hands-on experience in Mobile Application Testing on Android platform, analyzing requirements, creating test cases/scenarios based on requirements and mapping them through traceability matrix.

-           Strong proficiency in a black box, functional, API, regression, user acceptance, UI, Usability, Cross-Platform testing, and Client & Server Validations

-           Experience in API testing

-           Knowledge of Rest/Soap and Postman.

-           Experience with Defect Management tools like JIRA/Bugzilla and test management tools like Testlink/TestRail.

-           Experience with tools (Moenagage, Branch, Firebase)for tracking in-app event data and analytics

-           Experience in executing basic SQL queries.

-           Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language(C/C++/Python/Java)

-           2 years of experience in automation testing using Appium and TestNG is a must

-           Hands-on experience in Performance Testing (Jmeter)

-           Hands-on experience in security testing(Burp Suite, Charles).
