About Role

We are looking for a highly driven Full Stack Developer who can build scalable, high-performance applications across both frontend and backend. You will be working closely with our engineering team to develop seamless user experiences, robust APIs, and production-ready systems. Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using React Native and Next.js.
• Build and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js.
• Develop structured, well-documented REST APIs.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement clean authentication workflows (JWT preferred).
• Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Maintain high code quality through modular development, linting, and optimized folder structure.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance existing features and systems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices.
• Deploy, test, and monitor applications for performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on work in React Native and Next.js.
• Strong backend experience with Python (Fast API preferred) and Node.js (Express.js preferred).
• Experience working with REST APIs, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth, or similar).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with Git/GitHub workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of expertise in Node, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, Object Oriented Programming in JS 
• Expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies 
• Experience working in Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment 
• Interest in mastering technologies like web server ecosystems, relational DBMS, TDD, CI tools like Jenkins, Hudson, and Bamboo, web frameworks and front-end technologies, complexity analysis, and performance optimization 
• Working knowledge of server configuration/deployment infrastructure 
• Experience using source control and bug tracking systems, writing user stories, and technical documentation

1. The Full Stack batch (Python, React, ROR, Node) is starting from 3rd March.

2. The course fee is ₹30,000, which can be paid in 3 installments of ₹10,000 each.

3. The course duration is 3 months.

4. The training will be 8 hours daily, from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

5. The training will be practical and hands-on, focusing on live projects using laptops and computers (no board teaching).

6. Each batch will have only 20 students, and the top 10 students will get guaranteed placement in BestPeers with a starting salary of ₹15,000 per month (fixed for 1 year, followed by an appraisal).

7. Before joining the course, we will conduct an interview to help identify your weak areas so that you can focus on improving them during the training.

 We are looking for a Full Stack Developer-REMOTE Position

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)

• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Knowledge of web standards and accessibility guidelines

• Familiarity with server-side rendering and SEO best practices

 Experience with AWS services, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. 

• Experience with Dev Ops- Infrastructure as Code, CI / CD, Test & Deployment Automation. 

• Experience writing and maintaining a test suite throughout a project's lifecycle. 

• Familiarity with Web Accessibility standards and technology

• Experience architecting and building Graph QL APIs and REST-full services.

Tech Skills –

MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular/React, Node.js) – Expert level - at least 2-3 full sized projects

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Java script – Intermediate level - Good understanding of concepts and should be able to realize application screens based on the UI provided by designers
