🚀 Hiring: Java Full Stack Developer (5+ Yrs)

We are hiring for a Java Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. If you love building scalable, high-performance web apps and want to work remotely with a dynamic team, this is for you!

🔧 Must-Have:

5+ years of experience

Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Angular

Good knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and Git

Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding the brand that is being represented, the TLC brand, the Program, the benefits, the scripts, the possible talking and opening lines and ensuring that the company guidelines on these are followed when a customer connect is made to enroll them into a membership program.

2. A soft approach to the sales process with conversational scripts and engagement on the call to sign up a customer. To protect the brand and ensure that a positive impact is left on the prospect after the interaction, whether he / she buys a membership or not.

3. Program Benefits must be conveyed in complete transparency leaving no scope of ambiguity or sounding / making false promises or over commitment.

4. Ensure that the prospect is not called for more than 3 times and also, he / she is not spammed on the calls. A prospect who does not want to be spoken to should be blocked from the system.

5. Ensure a database is provided by the company and only approved databases after proper DNC scrubbing are used.

6. It is mandatory to ensure that on every point of connect generating relevant leads are required, this is a part of our database expansion exercise, and must be followed.

7. Ensuing all relevant information is captured and converted into company intelligence like reasons for close etc and the prospects once spoken to are accordingly blocked from the system so that they are not called again.

8. Ensure any escalation or potential escalation is immediately reported to the Manager.

9. Ensure company time spent in the office is spent on productive customer acquisition work and aim for high enrolments, conversions, and no complaints as a performance matrix.

10. Ensuring confidentiality of all company information is maintained at all times.

Required Skills Set:

1. Minimum two years’ experience in a high-quality outbound voice process.

2. Good verbal and social communication skills in English with supporting local language. English will always be the first language for opening a customer conversation.

3. Proactive, confident, and self-motivated.

4. Performance oriented with a passion for sales and numbers.

Scope:

 Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity)

Under general supervision, in a 24/7 inbound call center environment, Technical Support Representatives will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

• Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
• Working knowledge of networking, DSL, VDSL, VOIP, Cable internet, Router, switch, Sip configuration;
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, IPTV, VOIP, basic trouble shooting and more;
• Need to know only basic trouble shooting of Domestic routers, Mac ID and windows.
• Knowledge about DNS, Basic network trouble shooting
• Research required information using available resources;
• Follow standard processes and procedures;
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers
• Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;

Senior Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity)
For Level 1.2 Technicians:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree, and Major is related to Computer science or Networking.
• Understanding the DSL Technology and familiar with Modem/Router connections.
• Ability to read/speak/write English fluent and no accent issue for communication.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use the basic DOS Command for network trouble shooting.
• Ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer’s issues.
• Fast learner and always willing to follow up the request from Management.
• Backgrounds of networking trouble shoot.
• Working experience of Networking/VOIP service/IPTV.
• Ability to troubleshoot with DSL Modem/ Dual Band wifi Router Setup and configuration.

• Technical Engineer/Senior Level Technician of Network system/popular VOIP System Such as: Avaya Phone System or Jadoo TV System support.
• Certificate of: CCNA or CCNP.

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

• Proper phone etiquette;
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;
• Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar;
