Role Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Content & Creative Specialist who can own and execute all demand-gen related content activities from website content updates, webinar coordination, LinkedIn post creation, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, image creatives, to brand collaterals.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands digital marketing content, has good storytelling ability and is strong at visual design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Webinars & Events

• Plan, coordinate & host CloudTern webinars and online events
• Create webinar landing pages, registration pages, & email invites
• Design webinar promotional banners, post-event thank-you creatives
• Create pre/post webinar email sequences, follow-up notes, and summaries

Website Content & Management

• Update pages, add new offerings / case studies / blogs on the website
• Maintain website content quality (grammar, positioning, clarity)
• Coordinate with internal team for landing pages, product pages & SEO optimization

Social Media & LinkedIn

• Write daily / weekly LinkedIn posts for CloudTern & leadership
• Design LinkedIn banners, event creatives & quote cards
• Maintain posting calendar, performance tracking and reporting

Branding & Creative Design

• Create visual assets — logos, icons, images, infographics, event banners, etc.
• Design pitch decks, brochures, PDF corporate profile etc.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed

Content Development

• Draft whitepapers, thought leadership articles, blog posts & newsletters
• Create case studies and customer success one-pagers
• Work with internal teams to extract insights, product features & data points

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 6 years experience in marketing content / digital marketing / creative design

Role Summary

As a Senior Flutter Engineer, you’ll lead the development of our mobile applications end-to-end — ensuring architectural excellence, performance, reliability, and delightful user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend (Django), and Data teams to ship features that are fast, accessible, and secure.

Within your first quarter, you’ll have:

• Established strong engineering standards for Flutter.
• Significantly improved app performance.
• Shipped multiple core user journeys including onboarding, smart recommendations, and notifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Flutter mobile architecture — including modularization, clean architecture, and state management.
• Build and deliver polished, high-performance features across discovery, recommendations, and user journeys.
• Integrate securely with Django/REST APIs, Firebase services, and push notifications.
• Ensure jank-free performance (60/120 fps), offline handling, and robust error recovery.
• Establish and maintain coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for Android & iOS.
• Mentor and review work of junior Flutter developers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with Product and Design on feasibility, planning, and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in mobile development, with 3+ years building production Flutter apps using Dart.

• Deep expertise in Flutter rendering, performance profiling, and async/concurrency handling.
• Experience deploying apps to Play Store and App Store, including signing and release management.
• Proven experience in API integration, caching, pagination, and offline-first strategies.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic, or Fastlane).
• Knowledge of app security, secure storage, OAuth/JWT authentication, and data privacy.

Lead and drive the development in BI domain using Qlik Sense eco-system with deep technical and BI ecosystem knowledge. The resource will be responsible for the dashboard design, development, and delivery of BI services using Qlik Sence eco-system.
