Purpose of the Role:

The key focus is to leverage SAP expertise to optimize business processes, enhance system integration, and drive organizational growth.

Contribute to the below objectives:

-Develop and maintain efficient business processes by analyzing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, support SAP ECC changes/issues/improvements and implementing S/4HANA PS/EPPM solutions that streamline operations and increase productivity of E&C and other business units in the organization.

- Establish and maintain seamless system integration across departments and business functions by supporting, designing and implementing S/4HANA PS/EPPM solutions that facilitate data exchange, enhance collaboration, and ensure consistency.

- Ensure the successful implementation and operation of S/4HANA PS/EPPM solutions by providing expert guidance, project management, and support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement by staying updated with the latest SAP innovations, industry trends, and best practices, and proactively recommending solutions that address evolving business needs.

- Explore and adopt Manufacturing Industry SAP best practices that meet the specific requirements and objectives of the organization, utilizing SAP modules and functionalities to deliver value-added solutions tailored to business needs.

- Overall, the purpose of the role is to leverage S4HANA PS/EPPM expertise to drive organizational success by optimizing processes, enhancing integration, ensuring system effectiveness, fostering innovation, and delivering tailored solutions that support business objectives.

- Business travel: Complete onsite is mandatory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 Telephony, some Network support, and

escalations from Level

• Technical support for phone systems (PBX on-prem and Cloud based), network issues (Internal and ISP), SIP issues etc.

• Understanding of Network Support for Switching, Wireless and routers

• Log tickets and assist end users with technical queries, or escalate to the appropriate team

• Deployment, implementation, and ongoing support of telephony

solutions/systems with assistance of onsite tech team

• Ability to trouble-shoot and partner with other teams remotely for

resolution

• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution

• Involvement in scoping replacement or implementation options for client proposals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years working in a Help Desk or IT support environment

• 2-3+ years of phone system/PBX experience

• 2-3+ years of SIP experience

• 2-3+ years of Network troubleshooting experience for LAN/WAN

• Some desirable telephony qualifications or experience in any of the

following: Ericsson-LG Aria iPECS, 3CX, Avaya, Cisco Webex, Asterisk

(Training will be provided on major solutions that we use)

• Understanding of networking along with experience in any of the following: HPE Aruba, HPE, Cisco,, Meraki, Juniper, Cambium, Fortinet

• Excellent verbal and written skills to both customers and internal staff

• Proactively identify and resolve problems, using documented or

researched answers and providing resources to other IT staff and users

• Organizational and prioritization skills

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new job-related tasks

• Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere as well as alone

Experienced in BW Requirements gathering, customer interaction, detailed documentation of requirements, solutions and functional specifications 

• Experience in designing and building core modeling artifacts in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, LSA++ architecture  
• Experience in implementing SAP ABAP and SAP AMDP scripting in BW transformations 
• Experience in using CDS views for data extraction into BW and for real time reporting 
• Experience in using user exits, field exit and BADI’s implementations 
• Experience in HANA architecture/design and data modeling - creating Schemas, Packages, Stored Procedures, Analytical Views, Attribute Views, Calculation Views.  
• Experience building hybrid data modeling solutions  
• Knowledge on HANA 2.0 features 
• Knowledge on SAP modules SD, MM, FI, Supply Chain 
• Experience in extracting data from non-SAP data sources

Responsibilities 

• Design and implement solutions for the SAP Business Warehouse on HANA including Design Documents, Data flows, Data models  
• Develop customer solutions using core modeling artifacts in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, including enhancing the existing DataSources, creating generic DataSources when required 
• Create data models to support real time reporting 
• Extract data from non-SAP data sources 
• Design and implement SAP HANA info models using Attribute Views, Analytic Views, Calculation Views Restricted and Calculated Measures, Input Parameters, Variables, Stored Procedures, CE Functions and SQL script. 
• Tuning jobs for high volume and complex transformation scenarios 
• Developing and executing advanced data profiling, data validation scenarios. 
• Adhere to BI/BW best practices and standards to maintain a stable Business Information environment 
• Monitor BW loads, communicate and troubleshoot issues with data integrity, data design, and functional and technical software issues 
• Perform routine program modifications, performance tuning, problem solving, debugging, and unit testing 
• Maintain BW structures and support for ETL processes for data feeding in and out of BW
