Job Description:
- Accounts and Finance:
Managing & leading the team of Finance & accounts and driving them towards the business goal of the company including Internal Control over Financial reporting, documenting, fixed assets management and complete working capital management.
- Treasury Management
Coordinating & liaisoning with the banks, renewal of working capital limits with proper documentation. Submitting the monthly/qtrly/annual statements with Banks. Involve in managing the liquidity, understanding the risk and return analysis of investment management
- Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance
- Liaising with consultants/Auditors with respect to Bookkeeping, compliances/Statutory and Internal Audits
- Ensure non payroll compliances under various statutory laws applicable
- Managing Audits of under different statutes (GST/Sales Tax, Companies House)
- MIS & Analytics
Involve in preparing MIS reports by analyzing the P &L, Balance sheet and various financial reports for the understanding of top management. Involve in gathering various information and analyzing the financial data for decision making.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of Industry Experience
- Must have good communication skills.
- Should have good knowledge of MS office and tally

Part 1 - Design Phase:

- Provide expert insights on GoHighlevel’s limitations and capabilities.
- Share best practices for automating follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and lead/task assignments.

Part 2 - Implementation Phase:
- Bring the approved design plan to life.
- Set up and configure GoHighlevel and PhoneBurner integration.
- Implement automation workflows and reminders for agents.
- Ensure smooth lead and task assignments to team members.
- Configure robust tracking and reporting of key metrics.
- Deliver comprehensive training and documentation for ongoing management.
Requirements:

1. Training the field team on Sales pitch on regular basis
2. Responsible for revenue generation through sales
3. Drive the off-line lead generation activities for the cities (primarily through referrals)
4. Ensure minimum 50% sales conversion on the leads assigned to the team
5. Figure out new channels to generate more leads off-line and ensure conversions on the same

Requirements
Candidate should have at least 4-6 years of experience in enterprise web application
development using NodeJS on server side along with MongoDB and Express.
Knowledge of RESTful API is a must.
Experience with NodeJS based frameworks (example - NestJS) is highly preferred.
Experience with code optimization as well as has in depth understanding about
asynchronous programming.
Strong analytical skills and can come up with out of the box solutions.
Experience in end to end web development.
Experience with No SQL (Mongo preferred) databases with data migration Strategies
Strong knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming Concepts and Data Structures along with
