• Design and solution new integrations/APIs and update existing API functionalities (enhancements or bugfixes) on Integration Services like Logic Apps, BizTalk, SSIS, Stream Sets etc.
• Identify opportunities, propose & implement solutions to improve integrations/middleware solution delivery process efficiency, KPI performance, customer experience and deliver value.
• Ability to guide and train developers on Integration/API tools as required and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to lead design, development, testing, deployment of integrations using Azure Services.
• Ability to lead the Integration solutions for various SaaS/Market standard programs and complex project delivery with the help of Integration developers.
• Ability to design & develop integration frameworks considering all relevant artefacts including, security, governance, error handling, requirement traceability and access management.
• Strong analysis and communication skills. Able to manage conflict and misalignment within the team and with the business.
• Dedicated to project or product work for the majority of the year working in business and functional natural teams and establish Cross-Org performance management including effective participation in natural teams
• Presenting the changes to the Integration CoE and landscape managers during the Design review, Code review, Delivery Review and Pre-CAB/CAB meetings to receive required approvals.
• Strong engagement skills, working with stakeholders at all levels on regular basis; Ability to pro-actively engender a strong sense of community and team working.
• Expected to play a pivotal role in onboarding and building new cloud-based integration/API solutions, streamline and standardize the interfaces.
• Should be able to take ownership of deliverables and conduct reviews review board and seek signoffs

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Sciences or related major Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written University degree or college                                                            diploma in Computer Sciences or related major.
• 8+ years programming and software development experience 6+ years .NET programming experience 4+ years BizTalk development experience
• Strong understanding of EAI, SOA, and ESB architecture Strong understanding of and experience with Object Oriented design and development Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns

Responsibilities

- To analysis business requirements, prepare design and implementation recommendations and estimate development effort

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Lead or participate in design reviews, code reviews and architecture evolution discussions

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Required Skills

- Experienced with front-end programming language with React JS.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.

- Experience with popular React.JS workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

Step ahead, we are looking for a Product Manager who can create best out of excellent engineering minds and build together a product which suffice Insurance Industry needs. This is a pivotal role where you can see yourself working with the Technology, Sales, Marketing and Leadership team. 
Your Responsibilities

• Identify product market opportunities through market research, customer profiling, needs analysis, market sizing and competitive analysis.
• Define the product strategy, and translate product strategy into roadmap and feature definition, in line with business and customer experience objectives.
• Collect and develop ideas, prioritize the ideas, create business cases
• Define, track, and improve key product metrics.
• Drive the product discovery process for large projects and support the product implementation and deployment
• Partner and collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams like Engineering, UX, Data, etc. across numerous business units across countries and teams
• Liaise with Engineering and Product owners to help them implement and verify the product increments
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Services and Support organizations to launch the product evolutions to market
• Works with product marketing department to develop effective communication activities and programs including product positioning, collateral development, whitepapers, and analyst engagement
• Serves as the key contact for product questions and new product ideas which surface from customers, sales, or market research.
• Manages the resolution of escalated customer problems. Escalates problems and issues to other departments when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technology product management.
• 3+ years of working in the insurance domain
• Have worked independently or as a lead on GTM and launch of at least 1 product
• Worked closely with developers in an agile development environment
• Prior experience as a developer preferred.

Key Skills - API test automation, Java, Rest Assured

• Minimum 3+ years of API test automation experience

• Strong Programming experience on Java using OOPs, collections, exception handling, and strong debugging skills

• Strong testing and test design skills like scenario identification, test case identification, defect identification with a focus on test coverage

• Strong experience in testing of API / webservices

• Excellent experience and skill in the development of API test automation suites using Rest Assured

• Good experience of working on Jenkins and other CI-CD tools

• Knowledge of Dockers

• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in database testing is desirable

• Good communication skills (verbal and written) is a must
