Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on SDE 2 – Backend Developer (Node.js) who will play

a critical role in building scalable backend systems, integrating AI-driven solutions,

and shaping Tamasha’s technical foundation.Key Responsibilities



Hands-on Engineering: Actively code, design backend architecture, and solve

complex technical problems.

 AI & Emerging Tech: Integrate AI agents, automation, and recommendation

systems.

 Scalable Infrastructure: Design secure, scalable cloud systems on GCP and

Azure.



DevOps & Deployment: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and monitoring

systems.



Engineering Excellence: Ensure high-quality, secure, and performant code.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and business

teams.

 Team Building & Mentorship: Mentor engineers and support hiring initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience



3–4 years of backend development experience in a product-based company

 Strong expertise in Node.js (Express / NestJS)



Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases



Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP / Azure)



Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

 Strong understanding of system design and scalability

We’re hiring a Junior PHP Developer at Websites.co.in, a platform where small businesses create their website in 2 minutes.

Your role

• Develop and maintain backend logic using PHP (Laravel or Core PHP)
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code
• Work with MySQL databases (queries, joins, optimization)
• Integrate REST APIs and troubleshoot backend issues
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams for feature implementation
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Debug production issues and provide quick fixes

Create a consumer facing credit card product that will be used by millions of users. 

What you will do:

• Be a part of our backend for frontend/ credit card processing engineering teams to build the best homegrown credit card stack.
• Partner with the product teams to understand the product features and specifications, translate them into high level and low-level design.
• Work with frontend and backend developers to build out a customer-centric experience that will constantly evolve.
• Respond to support team tickets as needed to resolve bugs and issues.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

5- 7 years with technical hands-on experience in building large-scale B2C applications catering to millions of users. Previous experience in building scalable products is a must.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong insight into Java programming language (Class loading, Memory Management, Transactions, Executors, Lambdas and Streams).
• Experience in distributed technologies, real-time, high throughput and low latency systems.
• Hands-on prior experience with scalable Cloud based architectures.
• Experience in one or more frameworks like Spring is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in data structures & algorithms.

• Any experience in payments is a plus.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code
• Provide support till deployment of code into production.

• Ability to build REST services, Authentications, MVC applications
• Excellent Object Oriented Programming skills and ability to write modular, secure, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience with Elastic Search, Redis.
• Knowledge about AWS components (S3, EC2, Cloudfront, Redis Clusters, etc.)
• Self-learning abilities are required
• Familiarity with upcoming new technologies is a strong plus
