Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and driven Partnerships Manager to lead, develop, and scale strategic alliances that drive user acquisition, brand credibility, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to execute end-to-end partnerships, from identifying the right partner to launching collaborative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners (financial institutions, fintechs, influencers, web3 projects, communities, and brands) aligned with CoinCROWD’s growth goals.
• Structure, negotiate, and close partnership deals that generate user growth, transactions, and retention.
• Manage and nurture existing partnerships to maximize mutual value and ensure execution of joint marketing plans.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure seamless partnership integration and performance.
• Track KPIs and report ROI on partnership initiatives using data-backed insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify whitespace opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in fintech, crypto, or tech startups.
• Strong network and understanding of the fintech/crypto ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A go-getter with a bias for execution and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical mindset with a clear understanding of growth funnels and partner ROI.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in a crypto/blockchain startup or platform.
• Familiarity with influencer and creator-led partnerships.
• Experience launching co-branded campaigns or API integrations with partners.

• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
• 5 years of development experience using C# .NET
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs
• Able to work well in a team setting

We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our growing engineering team to help build and maintain HappyFox’s product offerings.

What you can expect as a Frontend Engineer at HappyFox:

• You will implement product features by writing clean, robust, reusable code with tests.
• You’ll work alongside the Product, Design, and, Backend Engineering teams to iterate on new features within HappyFox products.
• You'll help improve the overall experience of our product by improving the quality of the front-end features.
• You’ll help identify areas of improvement in the codebase and initiate projects to make HappyFox better.
• You’ll contribute to and follow our workflow process, alongside the rest of the Engineering team.

You should apply if:

• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in building web applications with javascript frameworks like Ember.js or React.js.
• You have a sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• You have experience building single-page web apps and a good understanding of best practices in front-end development.
• You have experience in reviewing other team members' code and providing actionable comments.
• You have experience in following industry-standard coding practices.
• You have experience optimizing code and looking for ways to resolve performance issues.
• You are passionate about solving complex technical problems and troubleshooting issues.

• Design, architect, and build high-quality scalable systems
• Review system design and architecture, code, and test plans
• Handle technical questions and escalations from clients
• Own projects end-to-end, including gathering requirements, solutioning and designing architecture, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining systems
• Interact and collaborate with our high-quality technical team across India and the US

• Responsible for attendance and leave management
• Must be responsible for file maintenance
• Facilitate employee's review
• Hands-on experience in HR and other statutory compliance.
• Carry out the tasks specifically assigned by the CEO of the organisation
• Candidates who handled both payroll and admin will be given preference
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must speak fluent English and Hindi (added advantage and would be given preference)
• Good in Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence
