About the Role:
The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP
solutions that align with business objectives. This role ensures seamless integration of SAP
systems with existing enterprise applications, optimizes performance, and provides strategic
guidance on SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Architecture
o Develop SAP solution strategies, architectural designs, and implementation plans.
o Analyze current technology infrastructure and align it with business strategy.
o Define and enforce SAP solution standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Implementation & Integration
o Configure and customize SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Fiori).
o Ensure compatibility of system components and integration with other enterprise
systems.
o Lead testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SAP applications.
• Upgrade Expertise
o Should have knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP upgrades, including
planning, execution, and post-upgrade validation.
• Governance & Compliance
o Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
o Manage risks related to SAP solutions and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Collaboration & Leadership
o Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to meet business
requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in SAP implementation and architecture; experience with SAP
S/4HANA preferred.
• Technical Skills:
o Expertise in SAP modules and integration tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform
Integration).
o Knowledge of ABAP, SQL, and system performance tuning.
o Experience in SAP upgrade projects (technical and functional).
• Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Leadership and team mentoring capabilities.

About the role:
● Research the latest job trends in the market
● Sourcing opportunities in the formal sector for the youth across Lighthouses
● Liaison and coordination with new employers across Pune City by calling and visiting, to keep track of the new openings and signing MoU
● Getting employers for in-house campus drive/job fest
● Holding daily placement meetings with the Placement Youth Coordinators of each Lighthouse for -

Functional Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Planning:

2. Social Media Coordination:
· Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
· Create, curate, and share content that encourages engagement, drives traffic, and builds brand awareness.

3. Email Marketing:

4. SEO and SEM:
