Key Responsibilities:

- Understand both systems and establish an integration strategy
- Manage the integration developers, integration testers and other stakeholders involved
- Integrations can either be client integration projects or product integration with Jules partners
Managing dashboarding projects
- Translate user requirements into dashboard specification
- Create specification on how to retrieve and transform the data for the dashboarding projects
- Manage the data analyst handling the data processing and visualization work
Managing AI projects
a. Translate user requirements into AI LLM agent specification
b. Create specifications regarding data set and outputs
c. Oversee AI engineer work
Others
- Process improvement: work with our customers to drill-down into their current process and make either feature or implementation suggestion to improve these processes
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: analyse usage metrics and data to suggest improvements and monitor user adoption
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in IT, finance or logistics or administration role in physical commodity trading or recycling business or as a business analyst, application manager and related positions
- Or 3 years experience as a business analyst handling successful integration projects
- Ability to rapidly understand business processes
- Ability to rapidly translate business needs into technical requirements
- Ability to understand a database structure and basic SQL principles
- Rigor and attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Operations Lead will be responsible for desinging and deploying a rural distribution strategy with our partners pan-India. This would mean the role would consist of the following:
1. Create rural logistics scheme, detailing the physical infrastructure and partners needed
2. Work with financial entities and CFO to build a 'financial logistics' plan to limit revenue leakage in the supply chain.
3. Monitor, fulfill and service the entire Veera supply chain, setting up touchpoints for data collection.
4. Ad-Hoc tasks as needed
Compensation will be on an options basis, with commission based on channels succesfully created. This is open to discussion. There is an opportunity for rapid career advancement, with the startup eventually looking to hire the Operations Lead into the COO (Chief Operations Officer) role.
