SAP MDG Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Take on complex problems that span multiple components and teams.

• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which include: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support

• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules that handle the interaction between multiple components.

• Rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solves complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions

• Produce architecture with clean interfaces, that are efficient and scalable

• Participate and contribute to architectural discussions

• Solve production issues. Investigate and provide solutions to minimize the business impact due to the outage

• Continuously improve performance metrics of modules you own.

• Collaborate effectively across teams to solve problems, execute and deliver results

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science

• Software engineering and product delivery experience, with a strong background in algorithms

• Experience in architecting & building real-time, large-scale e-commerce applications

• Experience with high-performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic is a plus

• Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms

• Experience with web technologies, Go/Java/Python

• Language: GO or Python

• Strong expertise in DS and Algo

• Strong leadership skills - have experience mentoring, building products from scratch or incumbent in design and architecture.

• Have worked in the scaling of the system right from scratch.

• Someone worked in small user base to a large user base and wrote optimized code

• Both HLD and LLD

•  4+ years JAVA/J2EE experience Spring Services, Spring Security and Rest Api's
• Spring Framework: Core Spring / Spring Boot / Spring MVC ,Rest Service 
•  JPA/Hibernate, JSON parsing
• Build Tool : Maven
• Apache tomcat
• Database : Any RDMS (preferably Mysql)
•  SCM: Git / Bitbucket
•  Java 8 Generics, SOLID Design Principle
•  Strong experience on Collections Framework and Threading
• Collections: Hashmaps, Concurrent Hashmaps, Treemap, Thread pool
•  SSO, PAS, JPA/Hibernate, API Integration Build, MATLAB Integration with Java, Json Conversion.

• 3+ years of experience developing software as an engineer.

• Experience with developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases that span platforms and tools

• Significant experience building and operating critical high-scale systems.
• Good software engineering methodology: meaningful and deep-rooted opinions about testing and code quality, ability to make sound quality/speed trade-offs.
• Good technical skills in Java, Spring MVC ,Spring Boot, Hibernate, JDBC, JSP, Bootstrap, Relational Database, JMS, Active MQ
• Lead from the front when the situation calls for it.

 Skills:

• Significant experience building and operating critical high-scale systems.
• Architecture: Knowledge of data structures and an eye for architecture. Can discuss the tradeoff between architectural choices, both on a theoretical level and on an applied level.

• Strong coding/debugging abilities: Should have advanced knowledge of Java , Spring MVC ,Spring Boot, Hibernate, JDBC, JSP, Bootstrap, Relational Database, JMS, Active MQ

Mandatory Requirement/ Preference:

- 4 years of experience for delivering enterprise solutions or products using full SDLC 

- 4 years of work experience with enterprise solutions for Microsoft platform (SQL Server, stored procedures, WCF, C#.net, Entity Framework) 

- Extensive knowledge and experience with creating and maintaining stored procedure in MS SQL Server.

- Working with WEB API added advantage
