Required Skills:

1. Strong hands-on knowledge of Ionic Framework, AngularJS, and Cordova plugins to build great mobile applications

• Coordinating the involvement of additional departments (cross functional), including sales, customer service and management resources if necessary, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
• Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the partner accounts
• Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis
• Identifying, advising and assisting in implementing new or improved products, processes and procedures
• Leading solution development efforts that best address merchant and partner needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary departments
• Identifying key new partners and securing the relationship
• Taking care of all commercial and contractual negotiations with the partners
• Closing partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential in delivering actual results

• MBA with Minimum 3 yrs+ proven track record in partner relationship management or Key Accounts Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write well-designed, testable, efficient, and high-quality code.
• Design (LLD & HLD) and architect technical solutions for the business problems of a large-scale system.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Lead the backend engineering team with examples.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience under your belt developing performance-critical applications that run in a production environment using Node.Js
• Expertise in Database modeling, preferably relational DB, spotting DB bottlenecks, and writing optimized DB queries.
• Expertise in common Cloud technologies, AWS/GCP Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows.
• Knowledge in one or more of the following: NoSQL (especially, but not only Redis), Queueing system experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, MSMQ)
• Good stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• It is good to have knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker and related deployment technologies.

Responsibilities:-

Ø  Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies.

Ø  Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually evolve.

Ø  Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic.

Ø  Be involved in the global blockchain community—work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals.

Ø  Document new solutions as well as maintaining that of existing ones.

Skills:-

Ø  Strong  software development background.

Ø  Experience working with large codebases.

Ø  Experience working with open-source projects.

Ø  Proficiency in one of the following languages: C++, Java, JavaScript ( Depending on the project ).

Ø  Strong  knowledge of common algorithms and data structures.

Ø  Familiarity with basic  cryptography.

Ø  Familiarity with P2P networks.

Ø  Strong knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains.

Ø  Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code.

Ø  Strong knowledge of STL, C++11 ( In the case of a blockchain-based on C++ ).

Ø  Proficiency in the Qt Widgets module ( Applies to projects where a GUI wallet application is needed ).
