Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the team and the work-

• Own a team of multi-disciplinary designers consisting of product designers, visual designers, visual communication designers and researchers.
• Along with the design leads, manage various design projects and their priorities.
• Help the team in resolving blockers. Ensure the output meets business goals,
• deadlines and the quality bar.

Shape up product direction and drive design-led projects-

• Take part in ideation, planning and prioritization of our diverse range of products & features keeping the short and long-term goals of the organization in mind.
• Find out new directions that we can take in our quest to make payments and finance easy and accessible to all.
• Strategise, prioritize and drive design-led projects. Also, help to extend the existing design systems and build new ones.

Mentor, Guide and Lead the Team-

• You will be responsible for the growth of the team. Help them grow their soft and hard skills. Help them define their career paths, identify opportunities and level up to do the best work of their lives.

Raise the Bar-

• You will set the bar high. You know what quality looks like and how to help product teams ship at that quality with minimal impact on velocity.

Drive and improve the design process-

• Iterate upon and improve the design processes to introduce the best practices within the team. Bring in users to the center of the process and encourage design decisions to be backed by user-behavior and data.
• Create frameworks and guidelines for the team to deliver better and faster.
• Conduct design reviews and status meetings. Facilitate design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions.
• Prioritize research and design improvement opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Product Analyst (Process Excellence Team, Episource)

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables 

• Ensure timely release of features and bugs. 
• Talk to development team and ensure all roadblocks are cleared.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system 
• Do due-diligence (or innovative workshops) with teams to identify areas of Salesforce improvement 
• Interpret business needs and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills 
• Prepare requirements and act as a liaison between development team and ops  
• Create stories in JIRA and ensure they are discussed with dev team for proper sign offs. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and six months plan for product roadmap
• Create product roadmaps after discussing with business heads. 
• Ideate and define epics for the product and then define product functions. 
• Each feature or new product development should result in cost per chart optimization or in helping new business line       
• Work on other product lines associated with Salesforce
• Based on business need, work on other product line like retrieval, coding and HRA business on Salesforce
• Training about products and its usage to the customer
• Give proper training to end users on the product usage and its functionality
• Prepare product training manuals during roll out.

• 5+ years of solid experience as an Asterisk Developer
• Must be proficient at developing software using a scripting language. A distinct advantage if you have experience using Python

He will be involved in creating complex M, Dax Queries and working on data modeling, Row-level security, Visualizations, Data Transformations, and filtering. He will be closely working with the client team to provide solutions and suggestions on Power BI.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurate, intuitive, and aesthetic Visual Display of Quantitative Information: We generate data, information, and insights through our business, product, brand, research, and talent teams. You would assist in transforming this data into visualizations that represent easy-to-consume visual summaries, dashboards and storyboards. Every graph tells a story.
• Understanding Data: You would be performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. You would be mining large datasets to determine its characteristics and select appropriate visualizations.
• Project Owner: You would develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions, and would be continuously reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems. You would also contribute to the overall data analytics strategy by knowledge sharing and mentoring end users.
• Perform ongoing maintenance & production of Management dashboards, data flows, and automated reporting.
• Manage upstream and downstream impact of all changes on automated reporting/dashboards
• Independently apply problem-solving ability to identify meaningful insights to business
• Identify automation opportunities and work with a wide range of stakeholders to implement the same.

Requirements:
