The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the software workflows to meet the client's specific needs. The Workflow Implementation Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and ensure that the workflows are set up correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the workflows to meet the client's specific needs and translate them onto the product.
- Work in collaboration with project managers, perform configuration activities for successful delivery of the project and handover to account management.
