1. Job Overview:

We are looking for customer-focused professionals with excellent English communication skills to handle international voice processes for UK, US, and Australian clients. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Work in rotational shifts as per international time zones.
• Follow company guidelines and customer service protocols.
• Maintain accurate customer records and escalate issues when necessary.

3. Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
• Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational shifts.
• Basic technical knowledge of CRM tools and call handling processes.

4. Mandatory Experience :

• Prior experience with UK, US, or Australian clients.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices.

5. Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any discipline).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

Salary Range:

Salary : 22 Net take home to 25 Net Take home

Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Node.js developer with a passion for esports to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining web applications using Node.js and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in the esports industry is a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and related technologies 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code 
• Collaborate with the design and product management teams to implement new features and functionality 
• Work with the DevOps team to ensure proper deployment and monitoring of applications 

• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise 
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation 

Requirements: 

• Strong professional experience with JavaScript and Node.js

• Own and drive the end-to-end process for solving UI/UX design problems: ideate, conceptualize, design, test and refine.
